  1. Fate - Rank 8 in the House of X's leadership, and an original Mutant with the ability to manifest and manipulate glowing red threads in a variety of ways, such as using them to cut people apart, sever or reattach limbs safely, throw people or objects around, immobilize people or objects in the air, control another person's movements, set up traps, and scout long distances via touch. A strange mutant with an unknown background, to the point her black skin makes it hard to tell what ethnicity is (though facial features and her association of her power with fate/destiny makes it likely she's east asian in some form), she ultimately came to join the House of X because she believes that not only is it fated to be victorious, but because it will create a world far better and less weak than the world as it is now, making her a social darwinist figure. She believes that might is the sole determining factor on this earth, and thus, that the shape of the world is chosen by those who have power above all others - whether they have gained it naturally or because their intelligence lead them to excel and become strong. She has an obsession with hierarchies and structures, and willingly serves the higher ranks of the HOX, except for Mastermind who she considers a coward, without any complaint or even desire to improve. While her backstory is overall enigmatic, her philosophy and scant comments indicate she was once part of the Cult of Akabba, a cult dedicated to the ancient Mutant En Sabah Nur, who proposed a similar ideology, but eventually she was exiled because her ideology was too extreme for the cult's tenets.

  3. Despite her obsession with "might makes right," she actually values cunning over strength, exemplified by herself, who notes that her mutation would be much less effective in the hands of an individual unwilling to experiment or train, and all the uses she's found for her threads have come from her efforts to master her ability. She respects powerful mutants, and doesn't understand why they'd ever stand up for the rights of the weak and unable - especially humans, which she believes are inherently flawed as a species in comparison to Mutants because they can only empower themselves in artificial ways, such as technology or mutate-creating methods.

  5. When faced with an opponent she considers worthy, such as Magneto, she is remorseful she has to kill them, but as she is a servant of "the fittest of all," Cassandra, she has no choice, and does not hesitate to continue the battle. She is disgusted with the X-Men and especially Charles Xavier, whom she believes is weakening evolution while claiming to be hastening it, and that if he wanted to aid evolution he'd need to abandon his attachment to the dirty monkeys, musing that his mission is worthless anyway since Mutants will outbreed humans in the next 10 generations anyway, so what's the point of keeping them around at all. She has almost no sense of humor, befitting her stone faced personality, but this can be kind of humorous in its own right. She spends most her time acting as the "hand" of Mesmero, being the one who physically fights in her name as Mesmero has a weak, teenage body and no telekinetic or telemorphic powers. She is very able to defend her master, as her threads are insidiously lethal, and her loyalty is absolute as Mesmero has a higher rank in the HOX than her. It helps that their color schemes compliment each other. She wears a strange oriental robe that feels like a mixture of various asian dress styles such as Kimonos and Hanfus, but is overall a completely unique design, with an X-shaped sash around the waist and several dangling thread emerging from the collar and creating a "basket" like coat around the outfit. It is entirely red in appearance, with no shade shifts or other colors mixed in, and the difference between sections is instead highlighted by texture and patterns. The robe is entirely made from her threads, and as such she can manipulate it as a weapon if she wishes. Like her master, she is always barefoot. Her skin is inky black in coloration, while her hair is long, silky yet wild, and bright red.

  7. Long, wiry red patterns reminiscent of threads extend from above her eyes and under her mouth, extending across much of her body and giving it a unique pattern, and the lines all converge in an X shape on her back. Her eyes have bright red sclera, and in place of a pupil or iris there is a simple yet large, extremely thin black ring in the eyes. She cannot see as a result, but her threads have such an intense sense of touch she can effectively see nonetheless.
