Hey. For now, I've been working for a 6 hours on it, just a FYI. This MIGHT be incorrect.

Let's look at that glitchy frame. We can see "blackwatch" almost properly. But what's the second word? As you can see, it's impossible to read it due pixel misplacement on most letters. They did a very good job on glitching second word out. But.. they left something. Letter parts. Glitchness is not perfect. How we can abuse that?

What about second one? A, U, H? As you can tell by now, I've been struggling with solving this for a long time.

To help myself, I found out what font settings they were using.

Exact settings for Photoshop CS6:

Font name: BigNoodleTooOblique

Font size: 50 pt

Character tracking(spacing): 8

Text start coordinates (same for glitchy and not glitchy frames):

Upper: [292, 267] Lower: [480, 267]

You can use this information to try to bruteforce any words you'd like to.

For now, I only found one word that works out perfectly. And the word is waihona.

What does it mean and how it's even related to anything? That's a Hawaiian word that means "library" or "archives". And guess how new event will be called? Right, "Overwatch Archives".. or is it? I don't think so. Even lootboxes on PTR are called "ARCHIVES LOOTBOXES", not "OVERWATCH ARCHIVES...". Everyone thought it was an accidential leak. But I think it wasn't.

Here's result of my work. My theory is that new event will be called Blackwatch Archives / Blackwatch Waihona. Sorry, if this doesn't make any sence. I also would like to hear any opinions in the comments.

UPDATE! I missed another glitchy frame. It has a different first letters.

Maybe, my first theory about Hawaii was wrong.

For now, I'm digging into a new frame and trying to find a word.

Have one theory already, I'll keep you all updated.

First I figured out a sequence of actions person did while creating this video.

1) Placing text.

2) Selecting almost all text (left some pixels on top)

3) Glitched out selection.

4) They understood, that second word should be more distorted.

5) So they squashed vertically and horizontally(?) selected area.

6) Then applied glow effect.
