Balam 13

[16:31] Buttercup had been spending her time in the town square of Osrona, watching the humans go away their merry way. It was terribly boring to be sure, and she was banned from spiking people to keep things interesting.

Such had been how she spent the last few months, bored out of her mind.

And then it hit her...

A promise she'd made many months prior.

"D'oh! Oops!" She screams, fluttering up high and twirling around.

Almost immediately did she flutter her way across the continent at top-speed, hurtling towards the tribes of Moxtli like a comet in the sky. The whole trip taking Nano seconds - in her mind at-least.

"Well, well... lookie here," She voices, fluttering closer to one familiar face.

"I believe I had a promise to keep!"

[16:38] The Ookami had just finished some sparring with his younger brother and doing a few more task, Reorganizing his alchemy collection while taking it upon himself to further his knowledge into his spirit magic...Although there was still so much he could do he felt.

It was difficult not to notice the little fae with the entrance she made, Flying down like a comet it was impressive that there was little to no impact from how fast she was moving beyond Balam's surprised expression.

"Ah...!" He said the shock still full on his face, He hadn't expected to see the fae back in Moxtli for some time.

"Well we didn't necessarily make it a promise but I'm glad you've returned! Perhaps your gift could help me further my spiritual magic?" He wondered knowing the affinity the fae had towards the spirit world it was only logical to make that connection.

"But regardless its nice to see you again Buttercup." He said with a smile now relaxed again.

[16:50] Buttercup snorts at their surprised expression. How adorable. Some tall folk were just the cutest.

"Bah-hahaha! You're hilarious. Sorry to startle you,"

"Nice to see you too!"

She flutters higher, hands on her hips as she inspects the youth. Would her Blessing help him in terms of her Spirtual Attunement? Probably! She was, after-all, a Spiritual Creature by nature, and her blessings had the very nice effect of enhancing one's own life-energy.

With such a renewed life-force, it would stand to reason that they would find it relatively less difficult to attune to the Lifestream around them.

The little Fae would tap her chin in thought, pondering how exactly to go about it.

"Well, I'm sure it'll be a big help. Or at-least... I hope so. It's a quick procedure. Are you ready?"

[17:09] He stands tall now towering over the little fae although he takes a knee towards them as he nods looking rather excited wondering how exactly he could use the faes gift to his advantage.

"I'll be sure to use this wisely then...there are still plenty of evil that needs to be settled especially due to Achyon's corruption..." He claimed, Knowing that even now he would have to deal with one of the results of Achyon's tampering with the lifestream.

His ears pointed down as he prepared himself to receive the blessing.

[17:10] realizing that I woke up in a new place im baffled by what I see and walk around to find someone to speak to.

[17:31] "Perfect!" She cheers.

"Okay, first things first!" Little wings carry her into the sky, fluttering wildly as she first hovered in place and then started to circle the youth. Specks of Pixie Dust would rain down upon him, covering him in glittering dots much like a canvas.

They shine on ever obvious on the boys clothing before absorbing into the skin, filling him with energy.

"Breath this in," She chuckles, stopping in-front of his face with an closed palm. She holds it out for a few moments and then opens it, blowing more Pixie Dust outwards into a cloud.

It was sure to elicit a sneezing fit!

"And now... hold my hand,"

She waits for him to extend his own, and once he does, she'd rest her own atop it. Granted, it was very small in comparison, but that wouldn't matter in terms of what she needed to do.

"Okay, Balam. Close your eyes, let my energy pass through you. And accept it!"

As he does the same, so too would she. A faint glowing aura soon encompassing her body as willowy-wisps manifest around her. The boy would feel a surge of power coursing through him then, charging his mana-circuits and his very life-force as the two connected on a Spiritual level.

He was being imbued with the Life-Force of a Fairy, and he would feel himself connected to the world beyond like never before.

[17:41] There was a brief pause as he watched the fae circle around him, The dust showering him with a rainbow colored light that filled his body and mind with pleasant thoughts.

Of course the pixie dust that entered his nostrils made him sneeze a little however he quickly recovered enough to follow the order of the fae and extended a clawed hand towards her.

He could feel the build up of energy and as he watched the wisps dance around her he could feel an immense force building up within his circuits. Vivid streams of Life-energy poured into him as he could now clearly see his mana-circuits aglow with ethereal magics.

The sudden shock only tugged on his own spirit as he could feel himself connected with buttercup on a spiritual level far greater than anything he'd felt prior.

And what was more he could sense that his own connection to the lifestream had been strengthen. He concentrated this power within his eyes. Closing them for a while gently as he allowed for the white flames to appear before his eyes.

The mana circuits around his eyes began to bulge showing just how much mana had been diverted to them. As he opened them his silver eyes would have a ethereal white glow to them unlike before.

Reminiscent of the Summer wolf's gaze. He could visualize spirits and the wisps that danced around. They fairies blessing only helping to further increase his access to the lifestream allowing for this leap to be possible.

"Incredible...My body feels so light...and my eyes...I struggled to see spirits even when training so hard...and now I can see them so easily..." All due to the Fae's blessing it was quite impressive she could lend him her powers so effectively.

"I thank you buttercup you've helped me to understand this power a little bit more...and hopefully this doesn't strain you too much." He said, Having been able to see spirits was a simple matter but being able to deeply see them and the essence that flows throughout was a step above his average spiritual gifts.

[17:49] Offering ones own life-energy to another was an extremely taxing task, for any creature - no just a Fae. And while she had an abundance of it, much more then any one Human. It would still take it's toll on her.

The beat of her wings came slower, and it was a struggle to stay afloat in the air. But she accomplished it, if only barely.

"You're... you're very welcome Balam, I hope it serves you well!"

Despite her exhausted demeanour, she still kept up that friendly and childish innocence of hers. Trying her best not to let it show lest she make the poor boy feel bad. That was not her intention!

"You'd no doubt find an even deeper connection had a Fairy Queen blessed you, but this is a nice start!"

And with that, she plops down, curling up a little after a yawn.

"That-... took a lot out of me, you don't mind if I snooze a little, do you?" She chuckles!

[17:52] Balam had been feeling rather energized, and had wanted to test the limits of his new found sight. He'd have to learn how to control it as well as the flow of Essence he was now able to see.

"Oh not at all please get as much rest as you need." He said with a bright smile, There were obviously a few things he'd have to attend to himself and training to better visualize essence was one of them.
