- Adam Shelley / Creation: Adam had the bright idea of becoming a power armour hero without ever having to get in the armour; he rigged a device to put his mind inside his suit. However, when lightning struck his home when he performed the first test, something went awry and he has never been able to remove his mind from the suit. His consciousness is still dependent on his organic body, though, and so the suit can't leave transmitter range. He currently searches either for a way to return to his body or to ground his consciousness more firmly in the suit, performing heroics along the way.
- Goat – Standing at 4 foot 4, Goat is a man of few words and two horns, as well as wispy white fur around his wrists and calves. He has preternaturally strong legs and can comfortably walk on difficult terrain as if it were side-walk, and when he doesn't want to be moved there are few things that can shift him. And of course his legs and horns combine to make a figure you do not want to have charging at you. He fights evil mostly because he likes good people.
- Todd Ward / Watchboy – Former sidekick to the late Watchman, just like his mentor Watchboy is kitted out in a shining battered breastplate and bowl-shaped helmet, and is equipped with a sword and a truncheon. Ward wants to continue Watchman's legacy of protection and service to the people, but doesn't yet believe himself worthy of his mentor's title, and knows he isn't ready to work alone.
- Jason Mercury – His only actual superpower is the ability to read emotions and, if he concentrates, lock a person into the emotion they're currently feeling. However because of this Jason is extremely good at manipulating people, and in addition has got a black belt in street fighting from the dojo of getting your ass handed to you. He's also naturally competent with most weapons, and is a capable freerunner. Also he wears a long coat, has messy blond hair, rides a motorcycle, and smokes cigarettes, which makes him cool (Disclaimer none of these things make you cool).
- Kitty Danger / Hijack – When encountering a powerful device or defeating a foe with a cool weapon, it takes Kitty a lot of willpower not to add it to her collection. Kitty has no willpower at all. Her costume is a constantly fluctuating aggregation of various bits of armour, clothing, and accessory that all give some kind of benefit or power. The few constants, however, are the laser-sword she found in an ancient tomb, the high-tech eyepiece that reveals hidden or invisible foes, and the spring-heeled boots that let her leap through the city with ease. Mostly she fights crime because it brings her into contact with more goodies to add to her arsenal.
- Neil Divido / The Fool – Good natured, easy-going, and instantly likeable, Neil's appears to have no actual talent apart from the fact he never fails at anything. He is acutely aware that he seems dull and slow, and makes no effort to seem any smarter or faster. Unbeknownst to all but a select few magical elite of the world, Neil Divido is the current embodiment of The Fool tarot archetype, and therefore has the favour of Lady Luck, such that even when he seems to bumble, he is bumbling in exactly the right direction.
