  3. 1. Members are expected to operate at least one airline in a game world, providing they do not have real life commitments.

  5. 2. All major airlines must be full service, and there are basic expectations regarding the
  6. quality of these.
  7. Full service is defined as having at least 3* IFS and 4* IFE in economy on flights greater
  8. than 1000 miles. High density seating configurations are banned. Serving secondary airports
  9. is banned, except where secondary airports are not primarily used by LCCs, e.g. Gatwick,
  10. Newark.
  11. "Low cost" carriers are allowed, however have basic service standards are expected, and must
  12. be subsidiaries of full-service ones. 1* IFS and 2* IFE in economy minimum on flights
  13. greater than 1000 miles.
  14. It is generally expected you will only have one aircraft family per segment. (i.e. not
  15. operating the 767 and A330, 737 and A320)

  17. 3. Members will not have hubs in the same place at airports with less than 30 million
  18. passengers per year, in which case an agreement must be made between the airlines.

  20. 4. Airlines must be relatively realistic. This essentially means not putting First class on aircraft with less than 200 seats, not paying your staff $7 an hour, etc.
