- FILSTOP PRESS RELEASE
- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
- Filstop continues the wage-thieving PhilAmFood tradition of shipping out expired food to customers.
- After all, that is the main reason Phil-Am Trading filed a million-dollar lawsuit against PhilAm Food.
- Phil Am Trading did not want to have its name sullied by the unethical business practices of the fake-Filipino PhilAmFood.
- The complaint in the federal lawsuit against PhilAmFood, now known as Filstop:
- - false designation of origin
- - consumer fraud
Isang settlement in which PhilAmFood had to give up its name.
- Anong klaseng negosyo yan? They rely on customers not closely looking at the label. It's like Magnolia and Ramar Foods.
Imagine that. They cannot speak a single complete sentence in any language of the Philippines. They only know to hoodwink real Filipinos into buying what they sell.
- Say no to Fake Filipinos!
