After 2 hours trying I did it!
1.- make sure your download is complete and see if you have .NET framework 4.0
1a.- To be in the safe side download keyGen from here: http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/6722594/AutoCAD_2012_32-bit_and_64-bit_CRACK_ONLY AND please read Instructions
2.- Make sure you are an administrator
3.- Disconnect your network cable or turn off the WiFi connection
4.- For noobs and wiseguys avoid running others programs
5.- doble-click .exe (autocad)
6.- from here follow as instructed by Marv70 at 2011-09-10 19:27 CET: I installed AutoCAD 2012 on both a 32 bit and a 64 bit computer
6a.- corrolary at 2013-06-28 07:59 CET: It works fine. Step by step.....
6b.- Neiss at 2013-10-22 15:38 CET: OK SOLUTIONS TO 2 PROBLEMS I SEE PEOPLE HAVING!

Worked like a charm guys!
Remember, don't forget to turn off your anti-virus and internet connection, will do no harm your computer.

It happens to me, when i clicked activate after installing the "request code" was not there, i was about to felling in the form they required. For no reason a pressed cancel, and again activate and there was the code.

READ HERE FIRST --- STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR DUMMIES

1) Install AutoCad
2) Run AutoCad
3) Close AutoCad
4) Restart computer
5) TURN OFF INTERNET CONNECTION
6) Run AutoCad
7) Click ACTIVATE
8) Check off Agree With Terms box
9) Click Next
10) Enter 666 - 69696969
11) Enter Product Key 001D1
12) Click Next
13) Select "I have an Activation Code"
14) Click Next
15) You should now see a "Request Code" generated by AutoCad (more on that later)
16) Right Click on x-force_2012-x64 and click "Run As Administrator"
17) Click "Mem Patch" (you will get an error if you did not run the keygen as administrator as mentioned above)
18) You should get patch successful popup.
19) Copy the Request Code from the AutoCad page.

THIS PART IS IMPORTANT - BEFORE YOU PASTE, MAKE SURE YOU DELETE THE TEXT THAT SAYS "PASTE AUTHENTICATION HERE". IF YOU DO NOT DELETE THIS TEXT BEFORE YOU PASTE THE ACTIVATION CODE THAT IS GENERATED WILL NOT WORK.

20) Paste the copied Request Code into the KeyGen on the "Request:" line.
21) Click generate.
22) Copy the generated Activation code.
23) Click in the first box beside the "1" on the AutoCad page under the Activation Code heading.
24) PastE the activation code.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT WORRY THAT THE CODE DOES NOT LOOK LONG ENOUGH. IF YOU MADE SURE YOU DELETED THE TEXT IN THE KEYGEN REQUEST LINE AS MENTIONED ABOVE YOU WILL BE FINE.

25) Click next and you are done.

You are welcome. If this did not work then start over and read the instructions more closely.
