Dirty Fighting - could just be the damage bonus. I still think the penalty here is awk.  Maybe worth scrapping this one. What about an 1 AP Bind that caused targets of your maneuvers to lose HP equal to your Combat Rank? Or Flinch people with Combat Maneuvers on 1X+ or something?

Wrestlemania - ok yes.

Kiai! - kyaaaaaaIdon'tknow maybe? It's weird as an activated effect. An 1 AP Bind for +2 maybe? Don't forget about dem binds.

Pummeling - Needs slight rewording but ok.

Bend Like the Willow - 2 AP maybe? Also this is beautiful. You are beautiful.

Bring the Pain - Scrap

Whirlwind Strikes:  I think for a full action, it could just be Struggle attack without the specification. Technician already doesn't apply to Struggle Attacks anyway so I don't think it'd be OP, especially if you can't position.
