Kor-Maroth is able to shift their body into anything they can imagine, including, but not limited to, inanimate objects, living things, things that are neither, and everything in between. This can also create complex machinery, so it is possible to turn their arms into guns, or turn themselves in vehicles or something similar. However, Kor-Maroth cannot gain power via shapeshifting, beyond the basics that each form needs to exist, so no turning into Azathoth and gaining nigh-omnipotence.
