Cheats on stream, have reported once before but now I can prove it because he has been VAC banned on an account he previously streamed on:

Not sure if he had linked his CSGO/steam account with twitch but possibly you could look into that. He has cleared aliases on steam (which apparently you can do now) but plenty of sites have cached his previous names which advertise his stream with a link to twitch:

He also cheats on various other accounts while not streaming, more blatant than he does on stream and I have even PERSONALLY seen him getting over 60 kills in a single game at global elite (HIGHEST rank you can possibly get). There should be a VOD available for this game where it's quite obvious he is cheating, available at 2018-09-19 15:10:14 GMT. It was some time ago but he STILL hasn't been banned from twitch:

I've only seen him in-game personally twice but both times he has been blatantly cheating and from what I've also heard by other credible players (he's kind of notorious in OCE) that there's absolutely no doubt he cheats in CSGO.
