Tanjung Tinggi is a beach flanked by two peninsula, namely the headland of Kelayang and Tanjung Pendam. The name of the high cape is taken from the word tanjung which means peninsula and high which means the beach that has high rocks. Tanjung Tinggi Beach is one of the tourist attractions in the island of Belitung.

here are now many tourists from various countries, from the population of belitung own also many who visit here because of holidays during the Eid. Surrounded here there are also other destinations such as Tanjung Kelayang, bungalow, Lengkuas Island, and others.

Halo, Perkenalkan Nama Saya Rendra Triyanto Dengan Nomor Mahasiswa ( 0276 ). Saya Akan Memperkenalkan Salah Satu Pantai Terbagus Di Pulau Belitung, Nama Pantai Ini Adalah TANJUNG TINGGI. Tanjung tinggi adalah pantai yang diapit oleh dua semenanjung, yaitu tanjung Kelayang dan tanjung Pendam. Nama tanjung tinggi diambil dari kata tanjung yang artinya semenanjung dan tinggi yang artinya pantai yang memiliki bebatuan yang tinggi. Pantai Tanjung Tinggi merupakan salah satu tempat wisata di pulau Belitung.

Pulau Belitung di Provinsi Bangka Belitung adalah destinasi yang sangat populer, terutama setelah peluncuran film "Laskar Pelangi". Dampaknya, wisatawan berbondong-bondong datang ke pulau ini. Ada ratusan pantai di Pulau Belitung yang sangat indah ini. Salah satu pantai indah di pulau ini dan sangat populer adalah pantai Tanjung Tinggi Belitung. Nama pantai yang berada di antara Tanjung Kalam dan Tanjung Pendam ini diambil dari kata “Tanjung” yang bisa diartikan Semenanjung dan “Tinggi” yang berarti pantai dengan bebatuan tinggi. Pantai Tanjung Tinggi sendiri adalah obyek wisata yang masuk wilayah Pulau Belitung, dekat dengan Pantai Tanjung Kelayang yang berjarak kurang lebih 31 kilometer dari Kota Tanjung Pandan, ibu kota Kabupaten Belitung. Beberapa kali saya datang ke Belitung selalu kurang beruntung, tapi kemarin saya sangat beruntung karena cuaca panas dan langit biru. Memang cuaca di Sumatera susah diprediksi, giliran musim panas, terjadi kebakaran hutan dan lain-lain. Nah, beruntung saat ini saya ke Belitung cuaca sedang sangat bersahabat, sehingga begitu cantik saat difoto. Pantai Tanjung Tinggi Belitung memiliki ini memiliki luas tak kurang dari 80 hektar yang didominasi pasir putih. Terdapat juga ratusan batu granit berukuran besar yang tersebar di sekitar pantai dan di kedua semenanjung di dekatnya. Ukuran batu granit tersebut bervariasi bahkan ada yang mencapai ratusan kubik sehingga lebih besar dari rumah.

Perpaduan hamparan pasir putih, batuan granit, serta air laut yang tenang menciptakan panorama pantai dengan keindahan sempurna. Kondisi ini yang menjadikan Pantai Tanjung Tinggi kemudian menjadi lokasi wisata favorit di Belitung. Memang kalau difoto dari darat semua tampak sama, semua batu terlihat sama. Ketika saya memotret memakai drone baru terlihat setiap pantai di Pulau Belitung punya karakteristik yang berbeda beda. Secara Geografis Pantai Tanjung Tinggi berada di Desa Ciput, Kecamatan Sijuk, Kabupaten Belitung. Dahulu pantai ini merupakan pelabuhan nelayan dari masyarakat sekitar. Meski pantai ini tergolong aman untuk pengunjung namun yang harus diwaspadai adalah serangan ubur-ubur, terutama untuk wisatawan yang punya hobi diving atau snorkeling. Dibanding pantai lain, Pantai Tanjung Tinggi memiliki pasir putih dengan air paling jernih. Di sini kita tetap aman jika ingin berenang karena ombaknya tergolong kecil dan tenang. Bahkan antara pasang naik dan pasang surut perbedaannya sangat kecil. Memotret di pagi hari menjelang sunset merupakan momen paling indah di Pantai Tanjung Tinggi Belitung. Pada saat matahari beranjak kembali ke peraduan terlihat pesona kecantikan pantai yang luar biasa dengan sinar redup yang menerangi air laut sehingga membias warna keperakan. Selain Danau Kaolin, pantai Tanjung Tinggi juga pernah dijadikan lokasi syuting film fenomenal "Laskar Pelangi". Sejak saat itu tak sedikit wisatawan yang menyebut Pantai Tanjung Tinggi dengan sebutan Pantai Laskar Pelangi. Di Pantai Tanjung Tinggi banyak aktivitas yang bisa kita lakukan. Bila kita mencoba menyelam dan menyaksikan pemandangan bawah laut kita akan disambut dengan ribuan jenis ikan. Selain berenang dan menyelam, aktivitas yang tak kalah menyenangkan di Pantai Tanjung Tinggi Belitung adalah bermain dan naik di batu-batu granit raksasa.

Seperti yang disebutkan diawal pantai ini memang memiliki banyak batuan granit ukuran besar sehingga sangat tepat untuk memotret landscape. Saya tidak pernah bosan datang ke Pantai Tanjung Tinggi ini. Apalagi wilayahnya sangat luas. Kalau mau motret dan mengeksplor bisa seharian kita berjalan, naik batu di pesisir pantai sampai puas. Apalagi kalau sudah ketemu cuaca yang bersahabat, menjelajahi Pantai Tanjung Tinggi ini tidak akan pernah puas.
