- Panty and Carter are both in tier
- I agree with Box that the statement about bullet timing doesn’t mean that Box is saying you need to be a bullet timer to tag Panty, but rather that Box is stating that because Black Panther isn’t bullet timing he can’t dodge Panty’s shots as she’s an accurate sharpshooter whilst the assertion of Black Panther not being able to tag Panty is tied to comparing their respective speed feats.
- The rest of the OOT hinges on the tank shell feat, but I don’t really think that’s OOT – it’s not clear what distance Carter is deflecting the tank shell from, and the distance can plausibly large enough that it travels ~75ms (~25-51 meters based on the mach 1-2 speeds proposed by Box) or some ballpark that is feasible for Major to deal with.
- The Match
- I don’t think Panty really has a win con. She’s not that strong enough to affect Black Panther or Batman, who are both seasoned fighters, and I don’t think her gun can really do much. As such, I’m assessing this match as a 2v1. I think Batman and Black Panther are solid enough in all aspects if not better than Carter that they can win more times than not. Amasian wins.
