  1. The Varrio Las Colinas, also known as Colinas 13 or the VLC13 Gang, is a predominantly Hispanic street gang located in the Las Colinas area of unincorporated Los Santos, San Andreas. This gang originated in the early 2000s, on the East side of Los Santos, with around 20 active members, according to San Andreas police. Varrio Las Colinas 13, also known as the VLC adopted the "13" (SureƱo 13) in the late 2000s. The number 13 shows their alliance to The Mexican Mafia, a notorious criminal organization located in the San Andreas prison systems. Varrio las Colinas 13 are known for being on the East of Los Santos. Parents try to save their children from gangs. Gang members often operate in the area and take advantage of the impoverished trailer park's residents. The gang often recruits people in their adolescence to carry out attacks and drug deals in order to further the ambitions of older, more influential members of the gang. Varrio Las Colinas earns money through many illegal avenues such as drug trafficking, fraud and carrying out hits that are delegated to them by the Mexican Mafia.

  5. The Gitano trailer park has been populated by Hispanic families and the gang activity started to rise in Las Colinas. Around 2002 Fabian Palacio just at the age of 16 started a small group of teens doing crimes around the area. Not long after he requited more members and started doing more serious crimes like drug dealing, grand theft, and robberies. Many of the members from the original gang are now in prison due to the big arrest in 2009 which caused the arrests of 2/3 of the gang members.

  8. The gang is still active today. reports show that the gang activity raised a lot this year due to the release of Joseph Foster from the Green Palms Correctional Facility. Joseph got back into the business with the help of Isaac Pena as soon as he served his 10-year sentence. Joseph didn't know how the things were when he got out. He was disappointed to see that nobody was still in the game around Las Colinas and he started it over again. His friend Isaac helped him to recruit members and they started rolling again. Joseph is the known leader of the gang for now. The gang requited a few young members to distribute their drugs around the county. They are slowly rebuilding and getting back on their feet.
