Epigen and Slavery did it

If epigenetics was a huge part of the IQ gap we'd have quite a task ahead. Putting aside the fact you can list high iq groups which travesties in their recent history (slavs, Jews, chinese, etc) but we dont even see any intraracial correlation. IE, I would bet the Chinese had a worse history than the Japanese (because of the Japanese) yet both sit at 105
