As Shadowsun's armada powered towards Agrellan, huge rents were torn in the fabric of reality as a handful of Imperial Navy vessels burst from the Warp. With the Tau having revealed their next target, the Imperium's reinforcements were able to sue the superior speed of their Warp drives to get the jump on the Tau fleet. A ferocious space battle ensued and, though the small Imperial floatilla was hugely overmatched and soon forced to engage, three vessels were able to slip away in the confusion and deliver their valuable cargo to the planet's surface.
