  1. Fendrak was an abnormally large boy born to a perfectly normal family born in a small tribal village in the Hill Tribes. His father, the mighty chieftan Dernall, constantly pushed him to his limit, making sure he was superior in strength and endurance, as well as having some level of cunning to allow him to survive both socially and in combat. As he grew, Fendrak was one of the tribe's best hunters, eventually earning him great respect with most of those he associated with. His social development was nothing compared to his physical growth, however, which he used to be a great protector of his tribe. Life was indeed good for Fendrak. Little did he know that his fate would soon change in the most dramatic manner possible.
  2. Shortly after his battle with Serris over the mighty city of Haerth, Adranus the red dragon was fleeing south as fast as possible. He was terribly wounded and was so desperately hungry. He stopped on the hills to search for a meal large enough for an adult dragon. To his terrible luck, as well as others, he found his food in the form of the cowherd of Dernall's tribe. Dernall feared for the wellbeing of his tribe, should their livelihood get eaten, and came out to stop him. Dernall was a skilled warrior, but he was no match for the dragon, no matter how weakened he was. He fell in battle, right as his son Fendrak was returning to camp.
  3. Fendrak immediately dropped the two does he was carrying, and drew his sword. Charging and Adranus with an unearthly howl, he struck him with all the force possible, creating a deep gash along his chest. Fendrak continued slashing, though now that the dragon was ready, the battle became a little one sided. Sword against claw and fang, the young barbarian struck at the large beast with all his might. Eventually Adranus decided that it was more trouble than it was worth. As he flew off, Fendrak collapsed into a pile in a rapidly growing pool of blood.
  4. The warrior awoke back in his own tent a week later, being tended to by his own mother Avala. She recounted to him her experience of seeing Dernall run outside, and came out after him to see what was the matter. As she came out, she found her husband dead and him in a heap on the cold dirt. Fendrak was slowly nursed back to health, at which point he prayed to Bahamut, enemy of evil dragons everywhere, asking what he must do to make everything right. At this point he was visited by one of Bahamut's powerful servants, the majestic Silver dragon. He received instructions for what he should do, should he truly wish to pursue the path of Good. Fendrak was unshaken, knowing that he wanted more than anything to protect those who needed it from others who would wish to do them harm.
  5. The silver dragon left him with a small pile of shimmering scales from his own skin, and Fendrak began his work. He fasted for a day and night, praying for strength and will from the Dragon King. Fashioning an egg like structure from the scales left, he crawled inside and completed the Rite of Rebirth, becoming a Dragonborn, the chosen of Bahamut. After this he gathered the red scales dropped by Adranus during the fierce brawl and fashioned them into an armor based on his rudimentary skills. Upon completion, the armor became flawless and shimmering as the platinum scales of Bahamut himself. Wishing family and friends goodbye, Fendrak departed from his tribe towards the shining capital of Andalia.
  6. The city itself looked simply spectacular. Fendrak had seen it a few times when his father had invited him to come trading with him, but he had never been able to see it up close. He remembered that he had come here for a specific reason, and would not be distracted by such things. He approached the massive church of Bahamut, striding inside with a look of confidence and steadfast determination. He had his mind set to achieving his goals, and Bahamut help anyone that was going to try and stop him.
  7. The church trained Fendrak in the ways of fighting evil dragons, and Fendrak in turn further developed his faith and devotion to the Platinum Dragon. He was rewarded in both power and wealth, which he used effectively. He sent back a cleric of Bahamut and enough diamonds to revive his father, ensuring the future wellbeing of his tribe. Fendrak served many people throughout his training, being sent on many missions. He eventually became powerful enough and was chosen as one of the Seven Swords of Andalia by Serris himself. He serves Bahamut faithfully to this day.
