JvS Rules - Very detailed

-= GENERAL RULES =-
 Be respectful to all players, IC and/or OOC!
 Any threats or intent to harm any players or the community will result in a permanent ban.
 Do not complain about a staff member's decision in chat or in game, do it in the "Report Staff" category in the forum.
 Do not avoid punishment in any means, take responsibility!
 Staff member's word is final. Even on rules not explicitly stated here.
 Any encouragement of other players to violate the rules will result in a equal or greater punishment.
  No racism or sexual abuse. (any racial or sexual remarks or distinct hatred displayed against one another will be found punishable by bans.)
Don't Advertise anything that is not related to RP or the server. This includes(but is not limited) advertising servers and staff applications.
Don't use any kind of hacking/cheating program.
Don't disrespect staff. This includes(but is not limited) impersonating them.
Don't use glitches and exploits.
Don't spam. This includes(but is not limited) microphone spamming, and/or chat spamming
Follow the in-game signs.
 USE COMMON SENSE!


-= RP RULES =-

Random Death Match (RDM)
Players harming you, and/or your freedom may be killed without warning.
All other cases require a valid 10 second warning,
If needed include a clear action and instructions, only through text[chat] and in advert[/ad]. If the target has fully completed the instructions he may not be killed.
If the target ignores the instructions and/or shows hostility then he may be killed instantly.

New Life Rule (NLR)
If you die during a raid and you're
On the raiding side: You may not come back.
On the defending side: You may come back, after 5 minutes of your death time.

FearRP
Your character must be afraid of logical scary things, such as(but is not limited) higher ranks.
You must surrender when
Below 350 HP
And/or Outnumbered 3 to 1
RP Characters(See Explanations) will surrender only when below 250 HP and/or outnumbered 4 to 1

Advert
Do not use advert for OOC.
Use proper abbreviations. Such as(but is not limited) Jedi Comms = JC, Open Comms = OC.
 Only highest rank in faction may advert answers. Such as(but is not limited) PTLs.

Metagaming
Your character may not use information beyond their knowledge. This includes (but is not limited) any form of revenge killing, demoting.

Props & Entities
Prop/Entity/Door spamming, blocking, climbing, surfing, and minging is not allowed.


Hostage Taking
You (and those RP related with you) must wait 10 minutes before performing these actions on the same person.
Hostage ransom must be according to the person
For example: If you take a darth hostage you may ask for more than if it was a normal acolyte.
Hostage ransom cannot exceed $30,000.
Only sith may convert other players, Jedi may not convert other players without their consent(Through text - chat).

Raiding & Holocron Taking
You may not raid a faction having an event. Such as(but is not limited) tryouts, competition, council meeting.
Before entering the targeted planet all participants must advert: "Raid Assist".
If defending you must advert "Defending"
You (and those RP related with you) must wait 10 minutes before performing these actions on the same base, or organization.
Once you’ve completed your raid, you must leave immediately. You cannot occupy the planet.
You must also advert: "Raid Over"
To take holocrons you must be in the holocrons room, you must also do the following:
You must be with your lightsaber off(Un-ignited)
Advert "Stealing <Faction> holocrons <x>%" Adding 10% every 10 seconds.
If storing holocrons you add 10% every 5 seconds
If damaged you must stop adverting. Only after out-of-combat you may continue.
You may not solo raid.
To raid you must be in a ratio of at least: 2 attackers: 2 defenders.

RP Names
A good name would look like this: "Faction Job Name"(Ex: Jedi Padawan NAME)
You may not choose a name of the RP Characters(See Explanations).
Do not use excessive letters such as(but is not limited): xx!@#$%^&*(){};' Ex: Sith Acolyte xXKermitXx.

Additional Rules
Do not sit in un-natural places or chairs that are forbidden for you!
Jedi may only use brown robes.
Sith may only use black robes.
If gone AFK, change your name to: "AFK NAME". You can still be kicked depends on staff's decision.
You may not be killed and/or captured a AFK player.
Landing without permission = K.O.S
You may not fight while cloaked.

RP Characters
The RP Characters are the ones listed here.
You may not use any of the RP Characters' names.

Out-Of-Combat
You are out-of-combat when:
You did not get damaged by(but not limited) enemies, fall damage or friendlies

Events
Events such as(but is not limited) tryouts, competitions, council meeting must be announced in Advert(text - chat)
If not, you may be raided.

RP Related
You are RP related to:
Players on your faction.
Players that are doing the same actions as you.

Converting
Once converted you will be demoted 2 ranks from your rank.
RP Characters may not convert or be converted.
