    Please note that in these Terms and Conditions, ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘User’ or ‘Player’ means any person who uses the Software provided on or via any of Astrolabs OÜ's websites (‘Websites’). Unless otherwise stated, ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to Astrolabs OÜ, a company duly registered in Estonia with company registration number 14704986 and registered address at Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn 10117, Estonia.
  1.2  Right to use Software

    You are permitted to install and use the Software and all content derived from the Software in connection with the use of the Websites in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Software allows You to use the services offered via the Websites (the ‘Services’). The Software’s code, structure and organization are protected by intellectual property rights. You must not:
        copy, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to access the source code to create derivate works of the source code, or otherwise
        sell, assign, sublicense, transfer, distribute or lease the Software
        make the Software available to any third party through a computer network or otherwise
        export the Software to any country (whether by physical or electronic means)
        use the Software in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

2 Terms Conditions Language

2.1 Astrolabs OÜ's Terms and Conditions, as published on the Website (and updated from time to time), are provided in English and other languages that may be added from time to time. However, it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of these Terms and Conditions only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

2.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions will be updated and changed from time to time as required by Astrolabs OÜ. Any such amendments will be notified to You by posting a notice through the Service and our via email.

Astrocase.com is a brand managed by Astrolabs OÜ, an Estonian registered company whose registered address is Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117, Estonia.

4 Jurisdictions

Loot Boxes may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which You are located. Astrolabs OÜ does not intend to enable You to contravene applicable law. You are responsible for any gaming activity and You are also responsible for ensuring that You are not contravening any law or legislation prohibiting gaming online. Before accessing and using the Services in any jurisdiction, you should consult legal expertise in the jurisdiction You are located.

5 Your Account

 5.1   Age

    All applicants must be over 18 years of age and in any case shall have attained the age of majority as stipulated in their country of residence to register with Astrolabs OÜ. Astrolabs OÜ absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each Player’s responsibility to check that the laws in their state/country concerning loot boxes allow them to use our services prior to registration. Please refer to the section 4 (Jurisdictions).

5.2 Personal Information

When registering, You must give a valid contact e-mail address and confirm your age. All information supplied must be accurate and complete in all respects. Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or by contacting You via e-mail. All letter correspondence will be discreet and the envelope will not display any reference to Astrolabs OÜ. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Astrolabs OÜ.

5.3 Accuracy

You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If any details are inaccurate, please contact Astrolabs OÜ Player services on support@astrocase.net.

5.4 Activation

All applicants may be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts may be activated through this email. If this is not completed, Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.

5.5 Acceptance

By registering an account, You are deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, Terms and Conditions displayed on the Website by Astrolabs OÜ. We recommend that all Players print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies. It is also recommended that You peruse the section related to Rules and Regulation of the Games.

Please note that Astrolabs OÜ does not undertake to keep previous versions of these Terms and Conditions or other documentation available.

5.6 Account Dormancy

Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 3 months and where the account also has a items pending for shipping Astrolabs OÜ shall attempt to contact You with a view to return any remaining items. Should this not be possible, then the remaining items (if any) within that account shall be converted into funds on astrocase.net.

5.7 Inter-Account Transfers

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Astrolabs OÜ prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.

5.8 Account Suspension

Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to refuse Your registration and to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion. However, any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

5.9 Account Closure

If you wish to close Your account, please contact Astrolabs OÜ via our email address at support@astrocase.net. Please be prepared to identify yourself through email account used for registration to confirm your identity.

6 Deposits / Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits/Withdrawals Methods

All deposits on astrocase.net will be made through G2A Pay payment system.

6.2 By topping up an amount to Your AstroCase wallet, you accept that the credits received (labeled by the $-sign) are not worth real money and are not subject to any refunds.

    7.0 Identification Checks

   7.1 Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:

    copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Driver’s License
    documents confirming permanent address and usual residence.

7.2 Identity Checks

Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to run checks on all players with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration. Astrolabs OÜ will carry out a full identity check on cumulative withdrawals of items with a value of €2,000.

8 Bonuses

  8.1  Separate Terms and Conditions All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.

10 Intellectual Property

  10.1  The brand names relating to Astrolabs OÜ Brands, including but not limited to astrocase.net and any other trademarks, service marks and/or trade names used by Astrolabs OÜ (the ‘Trade Marks’) are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of Astrolabs OÜ who reserves all rights to such Trade Marks. By using the Software, Services or Websites, You hereby acknowledge that You obtain no rights in the Trade Marks or the content and You may only use the same in complete accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Use of automated players (‘bots’) and Illegal Software

  11  Illegal Software and bots
11.1   The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided by the Astrolabs OÜ Limited is not allowed.

11.2 Non-permitted Software
The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games offered by Astrolabs OÜ or player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any items acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player’s inventory.

11.3 Legal Proceedings
Astrolabs OÜ shall take all necessary measure in case of player collusion, use and/or abuse of a bug, bot or any other form of artificial intelligence from a Player as blocking of the Player account, freezing of the funds and inventory and reserve the right to legal proceedings.


12 Interruptions in play

12.1   Interruptions
Astrolabs OÜ is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Astrolabs OÜ is not liable for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website.

12.2 Limitation of Liability
Subject to Astrolabs OÜ’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolabs OÜ is only liable for direct damages caused due to Astrolabs OÜ’s negligence and not for any indirect damages arising out of and in any way connected with Your use of, or inability to use the Software, Services or Websites.
Not withstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Astrolabs OÜ’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

12.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services and Websites are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and Astrolabs OÜ makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. Astrolabs OÜ makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You. In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to You as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.

12.4 Miscarried and/or Aborted Games
In the event of miscarried and/or aborted game, the game proceeds as normal, all items won will be returned to Your inventory.

12.5 Right to void
Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of an abuse of a hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.

13 Links
Astrolabs OÜ shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your use, of any link contained on the Websites. The Company is not responsible for the content contained on any Internet site linked to from the Websites or via the Services.

14 Availability of Offers

14.1  Eligibility
All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. All Astrolabs OÜ offers are intended for recreational players and Astrolabs OÜ may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.

14.2 Offer recall
We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Astrolabs OÜ promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. We further reserve the right to ask any Player to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the Player’s identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

15 Collection of winnings

Governing Law, Support, Disputes and Complaints

16.2 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Estonia.

17.3 Disputes
Astrolabs OÜ will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a timely and responsible manner. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of Your use of the Services shall be finally settled by the courts of Estonia.

18 Financial Institution
18.1 No interest
Astrolabs OÜ is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

18.2 No legal or tax advice
Astrolabs OÜ does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

18.3 Anti-money Laundering

Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Astrolabs OÜ and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. Astrolabs OÜ will conduct ‘know your customer controls’ as required under law. You will not use the Software, Services or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means and Astrolabs OÜ checks all transactions to prevent money laundering activities. If Astrolabs OÜ has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we will comply with all our responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes, but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, Astrolabs OÜ is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Mandalorian Technologies Limited shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.

19 Loot Boxes
19.1 Astrolabs OÜ handles refunds live through Our Site. If You have purchased and opened a loot box You will be given an option to "SELL BACK" which will give You in-site credit for the item that can be spent on opening up other loot boxes.

19.2  Astrolabs OÜ cannot guarantee that You will be the winner of any individual item by purchasing loot boxes. We do however garantuee that You will receive any item in the loot box.

19.3 You can purchase loot boxes by selecting a loot box you'd wish to open and press "OPEN"
By opening a loot box, you agree to receive one of the random items inside. Astrolabs OÜ are using provably fair algorithms. If you want to check them, visit the provably fair page.

19.4 Previous experience doesn’t affect chance in any next case to receive special individual item. Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to, from time to time, in its sole discretion, change the price of loot boxes.

19.5 Eligible Players

Employees of Astrolabs OÜ, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.

20 Other
20.1 Termination of Account

Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right to cancel Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You Any items in the Your inventory at the time of such cancellation will be credited to account and/or sent to the You by mail to Your shipping information filled in previously. However, Astrolabs OÜ reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in an account in any of the following circumstances:

    (i) If the You have more than one active account for the Services;
    (ii) If the name on Your account does not match the name on the payment account (s) used to make deposits on an account;
    (iii) If the You participate in a promotion and cashes-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
    (iv) If the You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
    (v) If the You are not of legal age;
    (vi) If the You reside in a jurisdiction where participation in loot box games is prohibited by law;

    (xiii) If the Astrolabs OÜ should become aware that You have played at any other loot box sites and taken the actions set forth above.

20.2 Publicity

By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Services, You consent for Your name to be used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

20.4 Entire Agreement

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between You and Astrolabs OÜ and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between You and Astrolabs OÜ with regards to playing at the Website. Please also note Section 2.3 concerning amendments of these Terms and Conditions.

20.5 Tax
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from the Website.

20.6 Force Majeure

Astrolabs OÜ shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Terms of Use that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

20.7 Serverability

If any of the Terms & Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, Astrolabs OÜ’s original intent.

When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A.COM is becoming Merchant of Record over your purchase. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements which can be found under the link https://pay.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
