Examined:
Crimped paper of vibrant, multicoloured hues has been moulded into a sphere with no top or bottom to form this lovely lantern. Thin metal wire has been inserted into a fold along those open edges such that the lantern may retain its elegant shape. At the base, this circle of wire is bisected by two straight bars of the same material, just strong enough to take the weight of a miniature candle.
