bug catcher + bottom rock tunnel hiker taken as standard: [also this doesn't do hiker nob]
(+1 iv means everything acts if it was 1 iv higher for that fight on standard)

obviously another 4 evs would then add another ivs worth of speed and weird levelup locations will mess it up

outspeeds is only noted when standard ties at 31 (because its unclear whether a magical 32iv would tie or outspeed), otherwise if higher than the tie mark it outspeeds
only considering these things because I'm lazy

carbos is +10 evs, josh is +3, rocket is + 1, an extra speedEV wild kill is +1 (1 less kill i.e. caterpie instead is -1)
