PERSONALITY:; Hani is that girl who is all awkward but usually like to smile. She rarely engaged in any social group and would prefer being an attentive listener while keeping an eye contact to the person. When she tried to talk first, she usually stutters but as you spend time and had a long talk with her, she will fell more comfortable and wouldn't stutter any further. She's the type that often feel like she's lacking a lot and she always think that she's pulling everyone back, putting the blame on herself for not being good enough. Quite sensitive and most of the time prefer talking to herself. When she's mad, even though she didn't say anything, it can be seen through her action. She's the type that "action speaks louder than words" person. When meeting new people, she will be polite possible as she can, as she was afraid of people's judgement on her so that's why she always being aware and careful anywhere she goes. She's not a scaredy cat, but get surprised easily.
BACKGROUND:; She was born and raised in her hometown, Daejeon. Her family owned one of the best bakery in Daejeon where she grows up helping her family with baking in her free time. She rarely socialize and have no friend in school, she'll talk with her classmate whenit is necessary. She prefer spending time with her family especially with her grandmother and her grandmother's friends. She like listening to the wise words of the elderly rather than talking with someone her age about unnecessary stuff. Her interest for singing and dancing grows when she realized it was actually fun during her trot karaoke with the elderly. Moreover, receiving compliments from the her grandmother and grandmother's friend had encourage her to be a singer. Later then in her free time, she would search up singers and idols.

2 years and a half

3. If you say your trainee say their friend eliminated, how would they react?:; Look down, trying to hold her tears as she can't believe that when she finally made a friend, that friend will leave her. It breaks her heart as she was hoping to debut together with them.

4. How would your trainee react to a good or bad ranking?:; She'll accept it nevertheless as she's aware being that her skill is still lacking as she only self-taught everything to herself without joining any dance club or company. But she'll not give up and keep on practising hard.

5. What speech would your trainee give if they got first place?:;
"I-i am speechless right now... I never thought that I could go this far considering how lacking and how inexperience I am. I would like to thank everyone who helped me. Our mentors that keep on pushing me forward, our MC that gives us good and meaningful advice, our friends that keep on supporting each other, my family and also my fans. I'm truly grateful. Let me show my gratitude * long 90° bow*. Again thank you for giving me this chance and I'll keep on working hard like there is tomorrow and be the better me and I'll stay humble always :) Thank you so much!"

"Hello :) I would like to thank everyone for supporting me. I'm not disappointed that I didn't make it because being this far is already enough. I am thankful for going this far as it shows how much you support and acknowledge the lacking me. This show had taught me a lot of things that help me to improve myself and make me become better. Besides I was able to gain new friends here. It's a whole new experience that I'll cherish and from here I can continue moving forward to my future. This is only the start and I hope you all willcone on supporting me throughout my journey. See you guys somewhere :)"

8. What speech would your trainee give if they were eliminated?:;
"Hi, I'm Lee Hani and I would like to thank everyone for giving me the chance to join this show. In here, I was able to be recognized and learn a lot of new things that I'm lacking of, gaining new friends that always keep on supporting me whenever I'm having a hard time and I got to experience new stuff I never know of. To our friends, keep on running towards your dream. I'll be here rooting for you guys. Best of luck, from Hani."

9. What kind of teammate is your trainee?:;
The kind that had difficulty keeping up with everyone as she is new to the system of training. She would practice on her own whenever she messed up her part or can't get the dance right. She'll practised until she get it all right. (Like Kim Taedong or Ong Seongwoo from P101S2)
