  1. Hello dear poets,
  2.
  3. In two weeks it's finally time and we welcome you back to your company holiday camp - the Red Dense. The preparations are going well and the sun is cooking - we are looking forward to our celebration together. A weekend full of confusion, turbulent stories and good music.
  4.
  5. We can hardly wait - the anticipation is huge!
  6.
  7. Here is some information for you so that you are well informed and can plan your trip:
  8.
  9.
  10. // Getting there:
  11.
  12. Arrival is possible as follows:
  13.
  14. Thursday 7/7/22 from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and then from Friday 7/8/2022 9:00 a.m. until everyone is there.
  15.
  16. Please note that the holidays in Berlin and Brandenburg start on 7/7/22. That means - the density falls on the first holiday weekend, oho! And yes ... the trains will be correspondingly full and crowded. Please consider this in your planning. A little trick would be, for example, to get on at the first station in Berlin (Lichterfelde Ost) before the train gets more and more crowded at the other stations.
  17.
  18. If you come by car/bus/caravan (any motorized vehicle), you need an additional car ticket (per car).
  19.
  20. There are currently still car tickets on our website: www.rotedicht.de/tickets/
  21.
  22. Address:
  23. To the small train 8
  24. 17099 Galenbeck
  25. goo.gl/maps/XnBKrJwGYrJ9145W7
  26.
  27. Departure is relaxed until 12.07.2022 12:00 p.m.
  28.
  29.
  30. // Arrival by train:
  31.
  32. The destination station is "Ferdinandshof" (Mecklenburg). From there you can take the shuttle or, if you bring a bike, you can bike. Please note that you have to drive about 14 kilometers on a country road from the train station to the site.
  33.
  34. Cheapest option: 9 euro ticket
  35.
  36.
  37. // Shuttle:
  38.
  39. Locals will be waiting for you at the train station and will take you to the camp for a small fee (€7.50 per person). The shuttles always run when trains come and also from Thursday.
  40.
  41. If there is no shuttle available at the train station or on the premises, simply contact the shuttle team on one of the following numbers:
  42.
  43. Anja: 0176-40721243 Thomas: 0152-33538699
  44.
  45.
  46. // inlet:
  47.
  48. Please bring your ticket with you, preferably printed out. If you bought your ticket from someone, we simply need the original ticket. We can scan again this year and don't have to compare any data - so it will be pretty quick.
  49.
  50.
  51. // garbage deposit:
  52.
  53. You have to pay a €5 rubbish deposit at check-in (please use a €5 note). You will then receive a rubbish bag, which you can hand over to our rubbish station when you leave. There you will get your garbage deposit of 5,- € back when you hand it in.
  54.
  55.
  56. // camping:
  57.
  58. You know that - space is limited - be fair and only take up as much space as you need so that Birgit and Dirk don't have to camp out on the dance floor in the end.
  59.
  60.
  61. // Escape routes:
  62.
  63. Simple rule: keep lanes clear and all is well.
  64.
  65.
  66. // Brought drinks:
  67.
  68. NO GLASS BOTTLES. This year we received the order from the regulatory office not to sell any glass bottles. The reason for this are numerous safety aspects, such as extreme risk of forest fires and injuries.
  69.
  70. Accordingly, glass bottles are not permitted on the entire site (including the campsite). Glass bottles are also not allowed. Plastic bottles are not a problem. For information on this: no glass bottles are handed out at the bar either. We serve your drinks in reusable cups and returnable plastic bottles.
  71.
  72. So please help us and don't bring any glass bottles.
  73.
  74.
  75. // forest fire risk:
  76.
  77. Please note that all types of fire: campfires, barbecues, gas cookers are not allowed.
  78.
  79.
  80. // Meal:
  81.
  82. This year we have our density canteen for you again with a new culinary program. There are delicious tarte flambée, soups, curries and pasta dishes, both vegan and non-vegan.
  83.
  84. In addition, there will be 2 to 3 stands with an alternative offer, as well as our density grill with sausages and meat.
  85.
  86.
  87. // kiosk:
  88.
  89. Our kiosk team is there for you again this year to make you happy. Here there is raver needs, schnapps, cigarettes, tobacco and a good mood. Here you will also get information about where/how/what and our Lost & Found is also located in the kiosk.
  90.
  91.
  92. // Water:
  93.
  94. We have normal tap water (no well water). You can find the water points on the attached map.
  95.
  96.
  97. // Lake:
  98.
  99. If you want to refresh yourself, take a little trip to the bathing lake. The Lübkowsee is about 3 kilometers from the site. You can walk across a dirt road. On the small beach, "Melittas Seeblick" serves cakes and fries.
  100.
  101.
  102. // Health, togetherness, accidents:
  103.
  104. A peaceful coexistence and your well-being is very important to us. Should you ever feel uncomfortable, do not hesitate to contact us. We'll take care of you. Take care of yourself and those around you. If you notice anything, please inform security or one of our employees immediately.
  105.
  106.
  107. // Paramedic:
  108.
  109. This year we have 2 paramedics in a small rescue station on site for you around the clock.
  110.
  111.
  112. // site plan:
  113.
  114. You can find our density plan on site. Look forward to our unique wayfinding system.
  115.
  116.
  117. // Money:
  118.
  119. Cash only on the entire site.
  120.
  121. Unfortunately, we do not have any EC machines on site. Do yourself and us a favor and make the cash situation easier by paying halfway right.
  122.
  123.
  124. // Showers & WC:
  125.
  126. We have a shower container on the premises. There is a toilet truck and enough Dixies.
  127.
  128.
  129. // Floors and Line Up:
  130.
  131. Our entire line up always remains a little secret, even if our DJs can definitely announce that they are playing with us. Timetables are posted on site so that you know who is where and when.
  132.
  133. We have 2 floors outside and 1 floor inside. The music officially starts at 4 p.m. on Friday.
  134.
  135. On Thursday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. there is already a small pre-party in our kiosk with drinks and a small snack.
  136.
  137.
  138. Well, dearest ones - we hope that we were able to inform you sufficiently and look forward to a heated weekend with many wonderful experiences together. If any of your friends want to come along - it will be full and cozy, but there are still a few tickets available at the moment: www.rotedicht.de/tickets
  139.
  140. We are now counting the days and hours and plowing hard so that everything is in place on time.
  141.
  142. Until then - your density crew
  143.
  144.
  145. PS: If you have ultra important questions, please send an email to: info@rotedicht.com Please note that we are a small team and cannot answer immediately.
