>Regarding the omamori story, within the fleet's temples, Fusou's home temple is the Ise Grand Shrine (伊勢神宮 - not going to pretend I know anything about shinto) and Yamashiro's is the Iwashimizu Hachimangū (石清水八幡宮).  Since it was impossible for Mogami-kun and company to go to those places, they had to go to a nearby shrine instead, and so there was one nearby...

I was like, "why aren't there any nishimura fleet doujins yet," "Why aren't there any Yamashigure doujins yet," stuff like that.  So I drew this doujin hoping to see those things.  If, after seeing this, you feel like "can I make a doujin too?  Aren't the Nishimura fleet so cute?"  Then I would be most pleased.  The Fusou class and the Ise class, Mogami-kun and her sisters, Michishio-kun and the Asashio-class (who unfortunately didn't feature this time, hm), Shigure-chan and the Shiratsuyu sisters, Unryuu, Ryuuhou, the like...all these people and all their intertwined relationships are so nice. Also, Nishimura fleet! I got the feeling that Yamashiro would be spoiled a little by the other battleships (why I thought that is another thing)--plus, isn't a Yamashiro who doesn't know how to respond also very cute?   A Yamashiro surrounded by the Shiratsuyu sisters would also be so cute...oh god, please give me medicine...Also, although it's not important, I also love the grouping of Fusou and Michishio-kun.  I'm not shipping, though...I just feel like Fusou's forbearance and Michishio's tsun-tsun act work together well.  Also, I don't know why, I feel as if Michishio-kun adn Yamashiro are teh same type.
