- Exact same mechanics as Buena's channel and it also plays really garbage music.

- ***IMPORTANT CHANNELS***
- Mary and Oak Channel (Top Right Channel)

- Will advance RNG by a set amount
- Does not advance RNG unless you keep the channel up and let it play all the way through until the music changes/stops which takes quite a while so you have time.
- Announcer Channel (Bottom Left)

- Will also not advance RNG unless the music stops playing.
- ***RANDOM FACTORS***
- The music does not advance RNG whatsoever in the overworld.
- The hour you reach Raikou does matter for this list. You should typically always reach Raikou by about 11 AM (Earlier shouldn't be humanly possible) so unless you're hitting an insane amount of optionals and it takes you more than 1 hour and 52 minutes to get to Raikou, you should be perfectly fine.
- The minute you reach Raikou manip does NOT matter whatsoever, so don't sweat about having to reach an exact minute on the clock.
- If you happen to get lost on the list, the 2nd Pokemon it shows should be 2 Frame after it on the list.
- Example: Frame 3261 is Golbat->Mt.SilverCave->There's no reason for it, but->you'll be admired by all!
- If you let the radio keep playing, it'll say Zubat->SlowpokeWell but the locations will be slightly different
- ***HOW TO DO THE MANIP***

- 1. Start by going into the radio card inside of the Pokegear. (2nd button at the bottom of the bottom screen once you're inside)
- 2. Hit the top right channel. It will be titled "Mary and Oak" on the top screen.
- 3. Check what Pokemon it list when the text starts scrolling by.
- 4. Check what location it list when the text starts scrolling by.
- 5. Check the two phrases when the text starts scrolling by.
- 6. Flip channels starting from then Bottom Left to Top Right until you reach the number listed under "channel flips"
- 7. If anything is listed as "+ X Extra Bottom Left", this means you need to hit the top left channel first, then the bottom left channel to properly advance the RNG to get the correct Raikou.
- "Example: + 3 extra Bottom Left means hit BOTH the Top Left AND Bottom Left channels 3 times.
- (1 Top Left, 1 Bottom Left, 1 Top Left, 1 Bottom Left, 1 Top Left, 1 Bottom Left.)"
- 8. From there, you immediately exit the Radio card, Turn Frame once Right, then immediately run Left and you should spawn the corrent Raikou every single time.
