Players of Era, the Player Relations team is in search of new members.

Not doing so will severely hurt your chances of making it onto our team. Failure to provide the information asked of you will hinder your chances of becoming a member of the Player Relations team.

The final portion of this application should be answered in essay form. As always we expect proper grammar and spelling, as well as proper sentence structure. The essay is be no less than 3 paragraphs, keep in mind that a proper paragraph is 4-6 well-written sentences.

Writing more than the required amount will increase your chances of becoming a member of the Player Relations team, however not following the rules stated in this paragraph will render you ineligible and your application will be thrown out.

6)Why should you be hired, and what can you contribute to the staff team?

	Why I think I should be hired because, I put a lot of hard work into what I do. I put 110% effort on everything I do. I've always love making people happy. Being a PR would help me accomplish that. I've always just wanted to help the players In need.

7)You see another staff member abusing their rights, what do you do?

	If I see someone abusing their rights I would first get proof of what there doing. Second, I would contact an higher up or PR Admin about it and explain what that player did and show them the proof.


8)You are having a disagreement with another staff member, how do you handle this?

	With me I don't have a problem with anybody, I like staying out of drama Instead of causing it. If there was a disagreement with another staff member I would try to my best of abilities to handle properly and try to get on the same page as them.

9)Astram PMs you and says that Sabdoy wont stop harassing him (pretend they aren't staff), what do you do?

	I would ask Astram to get me proof of the harassing and I would get my own proof of it. I would also ask Sabdoby to stop harassing Astram and have him calm down on whatever he's doing to him. I would also explain to an admin on what happened and show them the proof of what was going on and what Sabdoy did to Astram and he didn't stop harassing him.

10) A player PMs you saying they think another player is hacking/spawning/doing something illegal, how do you go about seeing if this is true?

	I would ask that player to get proof of what he's doing, I would also turn myself invisible and get my own proof to make sure there hacking/spawning/doing something illegal. and I would warn that player whos doing the illegal actions and if he continues to do so I would put them In Jail ( if I have rights) or I would contact a admin about it have them jailed.
