Alright so as you guys all know by now there have been a lot of changes in the recent week. The core team has been dissolved, gnock is back, and some community members have generously funded me to work part time on masari

to expand on that last point, I have been paid $800 dollars and have committed to dedicating 10 hrs/week to working on masari for this month June 9th to July 9th
Over this past week I've been working to get some of the wallets back in functional shape. Linux and Windows releases have been updated with some of the most pressing bugs fixed
Most notably the GUI's password issues have been resolved and some hanging has been fixed to get it functional, but it is still far from optimal so in the next few weeks I'd like to work to improve that

I would like to see funding going to Gnock and Thaer as we progress and I am happy to keep funding the development on a monthly basis with the payouts going to CC, Gnock an Thaer  divided up if we can work out some sort of basis for how that works in terms of time spent coding.
I appreciate Thaer is probably committed to Blocktree and I would like it if there could be some allocated to that and perhaps a payout on completion.

I would like to say something personnally: i'm currently fine personnally in my life with my current position, money is not the priority for me as my job is providing what i need and the company is growing as i want it to grow. i'm here for the tech and the community, not for money (at least that's nto what's i'm looking for) and already got some donations.

To me the most important things are to reestablish the status quo of what we already had in terms of wallets, and also for the organizational structure to be improved so more than one person has access to any passwords, security clearances and accounts related to the coin so that we can truly work with the power of the community. Masari main strengths to me are the community and also the skill of our developers and we need to put the house in order so anyone can contribute their skills at any time and we don't get into the same quagmire we were recently in

It’s good to see gnock is back and with help of CC, we are on track to sort most of urgent issues. Thanks to Thaer as well. I would like to use this meeting platform to suggest sorting the issue of access to all accounts, domains, Google play etc., while not doubting anyone’s intentions but sometime life gets in the way and we are not reachable, in such scenerio other people in the team should have access as well. regarding access to the webwallet server it's under my company management so i wont be able to provide access (full container) but everything is open source, even the images so anyone could really deploy another one. i will see to give an access to the play store account as well if i can but there is personnal info on it too

I would parrot everything you just said @gnock regarding being here for tech and the community, as that is always my focus. With respect to Blocktree, that's something that will be engoing, and I feel like this restructuring of the community allows it to happen in a more productive way

i have the ledger on the table and can talk to it from the webwallet. the biggest "problem" is that i'm not an expert on cryptography and the monero code is not 100% compatible with masari (we don have the same tx encoding)

My only other opinion I wanted to share which I've said many times is that focus should be on building a private currency that has sexy wallets (mobile especially)  and is fast and intuitive. It will inspire people here and new people to find ways to apply Masari instead of that being some forced initiative. If you build it they will come. Or something like that. I agree with the points already said - Get all the wallets and website up to snuff then start thinking about blocktree and exchanges.  We all should be honest and open with everyone on whether or not we are leaving for long periods of time, leaving outright, need funding, etc.  Nobody should get butthurt no matter what is us as long as we keep an open communication :thumbsup:

I think listing on a larger Exchange is important, but we should approach this as a long-term goal after everything works the way it should and we decide if the next tech innovation will be Blocktree or something else that might appear on the roadmap
