  4. - Global Mechanic changes:
  5. - Max number of frames of hitlag: 20 -> 30
  6. - Base Hitlag: 3 -> 4
  7. - Damage multiplier for frames of hitlag: x0.333 -> x0.533
  8. - Electric Hitlag multiplier: x1.5 -> x1.25

  18. - Crouch Canceling an attack no longer makes the victim bounce against the ground.
  19. - Slipping off a platform while shielding now sends you into “fallaerial” instead of “missfoot”, making it possible to act
  20. immediately from slipping off a ledge/platform.
  21. - Spot dodge removed.
  22. - Survival/Launch DI significantly reduced.
  23. - Automatic Smash DI removed.
  24. - Wall jumping, wall tech, and ceiling tech removed.
  25. - Taunt Canceling!
  26. - Pivots now carry momentum.
  27. - Most of Smash 64's SFX have been imported into the game.
  28. - Touching the ground now frees the ledge. In other words, an early ledgeroll will no longer lockout the opponent from
  29. grabbing the ledge even though nothing's on it. This makes ledge-hogging a little harder, requiring more precise timing.
  30. - Can no longer mash out of tumble or other damage states.
  31. - Fastfall now carries over from double jump fastfall.
  32. - Knockback Launch Speed Decay slightly decreased.
  33. - UCF v0.73 has been added into the game.
  34. - Stick Hop has been added. (Smash 64 mechanic)
  35. • Characters jump at differing heights depending on how the analog stick was moved upward.
  36. • A Full Stick Hop has characters jump higher than their normal button hops.
  37. • The height a character gains is unique. Some characters' stick hops give more height than others.
  38. - Running/Slanted Hop has been added. (Smash 64 mechanic)
  39. • Characters have a lower jump height if performed while dashing/running. This also affects Stick Hops.
  40. - Shield Drop/Jump Out-of-Shield intangibility has been added. (Smash 64 mechanic)
  41. • Characters gain 3 frames of intangibility when jumping out of shield or shield dropping.
  42. • Intangibility frames carry over into other action states.
  43. - Meteor Cancelling is no longer possible past 70%.
  44. - Opponents can get hit out of grabs more easily.
  45. - Hitstun now carries over when landing after getting hit by an attack that does not tumble the opponent.
  46. - Knockback momentum no longer carries over.
  47. - Added "Soft" and "Hard" Landing States.
  48. • In Smash 64 there are two different Landing States depending on whether or not they performed a fast fall.
  49. • Fastfalling has characters go through 8 frames of landing lag ("Hard landing").
  50. • Not Fastfalling has characters go through 4 frames of landing lag ("Soft Landing").
