Disaster happens and the band find themselves trapped and isolated in this dangerous land with only the help of a young wild woman who was stranded in the land herself as a child. Together, the band fight to survive against the fearsome dinosaurs and other dangers that land has as they search for a way to escape.
  58. The Lost World is a very underestimated tv show, but it is highly imaginative. The Lost world has a good feel to it, when you watch it you go on an adventure. Where i live it comes on at 12:30 when nothing else really comes on exept paid programs. The thing is even if there were other shows on i wouldn't want to watch them because Lost World is awesome. I just have one question, does anyone know when a new season will start?
  59. I use to watch this show in the morning -- back when it was airing in syndication -- and it was just a great time. The acting is okay here and there, but most of the times it&#39;s really hammy. The special effects in the first season are laughable, while the later episodes tend to use the same CG templates over and over again. The stories only go linear near the season finales and premieres, otherwise, the typical episode is danger-predicament-next time on... etc. The writing is okay, though is probably the helping hand that makes it so ridiculously fun to watch.<br/><br/>Overall, The Lost World (TV series) is a good show to watch when you&#39;re waking up, and can get engaging when the story follows a linear time line. It&#39;s sad that that production had to close due to costs, leaving us with unanswered questions, which would be nice of the studios to give the fans a bit of closure. I recommend it only if one wouldn&#39;t get heartbroken over an incomplete story.

  61. Yes, it is based off the book of the same name. It is essentially the same story, with little changes. The character of Veronica was not featured in the book, and is a character original to the television series. a5c7b9f00b
