Hello, I have some gift boxes in my bag for both male and female characters, I am unable to use the loot inside since I have grade 9 gear and the content of the gift boxes is grade 7. I am unable to destroy or sell these boxes, and I don't want to have to spend 980 diamonds to open the gift box to get rid of it taking up space in my storage. Do you have a solution to my problem?

Feedback 2:
I can deal with the extreme amount of grammatical errors, missing words, and misspellings that are in the game, but I encountered the text in Chinese on the European server. I discovered the Chinese text error in the Diamond War event when clicking "Buy Lives."
I've also noticed that in about 20 % of the chat messages we send some of the words is censored, even when the part of the word that is censored isn't a bad word in any way possible, an example would be the word "son."
This is meant as feedback and is things that I would like to see changed in the game as i enjoy playing it and socializing with the people in my guild and on the server I play on.

Feedback 3:
Hello, I was wondering about the carnival event, it says that the event period is two days, 25/05 - 26/05, in this short amount of time we won't be able to get enough carnival points for the rewards. As an example, it takes 140 daily quests to reach 140 carnival points, but we are limited to only being able to complete 20 daily quests a day, which results in that we can only receive 40 carnival points from daily quests. Is it in any way possible to reach the carnival point limit on these objectives within the time limit of 2 days?
