- ---New Pokemon---
- IVs (Individual Values): A Pokemon a trainer has just caught rolls a d6 for each stat, if that stat got a 6, increase it's base stat by 1, if it got a 1, reduce the base stat by 1 (This means some new Pokemon of the same species will be very slightly better or worse then others of it's species) Just assume average stats for Trainer/Wild Pokemon unless you have the time to randomize them.
- A Shinny re-rolls each d6 that is not a 6 once.
- A Starter gets automatically max stats(+1 on each) and +2 on 1 stat
- ---Leveling Up---
- You must still follow Base Stat Relations
- A stat can not be 5 more then the next highest stat, this increases to 10 at level 51
- Example 1: If there are 5 points on attack, and none on any other stat, then any other stat needs to get 1 point before attack can become 6.
- Example 2: If attack has 22 points at a later level, with speed 17, hp 14, special attack 14, and defense 10... Speed can have 2 points put on it, but attack can't go higher tell speed it would not be more then 5 higher then speed.
- You gain 2 stat points every odd level, and 3 stat points every even level. (Thus 5 points every 2 levels, for 250 at level 100.) This includes the first level.
- No more then 2 points can be put on a single stat per level.
- ---Stat-Changes---
- HP: No changes
- Attack and Special Attack: If either reaches 75, improve power or intelligence by 1
- Defense and Special Defense: Evasion bonuses go up half as fast (Stat/10)
- Speed: Evasion bonuses go up half as fast (Stat/20) -- If this reaches 75, improve all movement capabilities that are at least 3 by 1
- ---Stat Ace Change---
- Stat Ace can take a feature that lets them double the difference between their picked stat and the next highest stat for the cap.
- Stat Ace's ability to add 2 points every 10 levels acts as normal with the same restrictions no new ones, it also adds 1 point every level ending in 5 (So +1 at level 5, +2 at level 10, +1 level 15, +2 level 20, ect)
- ---Breeding---
- A Baby Pokemon when hatching and rolling for it's IVs can re-roll a non-6 for it's Parents highest base stat once a piece (twice on the same stat if both parents share the same stat)
- A Breeder can take a feat that lets their baby Pokemon re-roll 2 non 6's when generating IVs.
- ---Items/Attacks---
- Attacks that do set damage do the same damage that they do in the game (Dragon Rage does 40 for example)
- Attacks (like False Swipe and Endure) that set the target to 1HP, instead just deal no damage or prevent any further damage respectively.
- A Pokemon can have 3 vitamins, +1 for every 10 levels it has.
- Move up vitamins no longer count towards the limit, but instead a vitamin just allows 1 more use of the move more then normal the first 3 times it is used on a move, maxing at 3, for each move. A Special version of the vitamin that costs twice as much can be used on a maxed move to then reduce it's Frequency one whole stage, at which case no more vitamins can be used on the move at all. Center moves with more then one use can still only be used once a battle, Battle moves with more then one use can still only be used every other turn.
- EX: Megahorn is a Battle Frequency move, each Move increasing vitamin would let it be used once more per battle up to 4 times max, after that the special vitamin could instead change it to EoT Frequency at which case it can be improved no further... but any other move can be increased.
- ---Epic Rules(100% Optional)---
- These rules are for incredibly exceptional Pokemon/Trainers. If players reach these levels they should honestly have earned every bit of them from Level 0 unless you like power-playing
- A Pokemon can go beyond level 100 by gaining 10% more EXP then the level before needed
- Level 101: 1.1 Million, Level 102: 1.21 Million, Level 103: 1.33 Million, Level 104: 1.46 Million, Level 105: 1.6 Million (Note: There is only 3 Significant digits at most)
- A Pokemon gains Stat points and HP as normal
- A Pokemon's highest stat can be 15 higher then the next highest (this number goes up by 5 every 50 levels past 101)
- Every level divisible by 10 The Pokemon can learn a new move on it's Egg Move/TM/Tutor/Level Lists, Every level divisible by 30 can instead be a move it's physically capable of learning that's not normally on the list
- Every level divisible by 50 allows the Pokemon to learn or replace a fair ability it can physically use, it is still limited to a max of 3 abilities.
- A Pokemon over level 100 will not listen to a Trainer with out a bond level of 4, or the Trainer being at least 1/4th the Pokemon's level, the Beast-master feature of the Ace Trainer class treats their level as double.
- A Trainer can go beyond level 50 by 1 level every 10 levels over 50 earned (Earning 100 levels would make you level 55, Earning all 188 canon book levels with no bonus levels would set you to level 63)
- A Trainer gains 1 stat point and 1 feature every level over 50
- A Trainer gains the ability to take a 5th class at level 51, and a new class every level divisible by 25 after.
- Example: Red has caught 251 pokemon, seen 530, Has 16 Badges, beat the elite four of two diffrent regions, Has all 12 Medals, and has 5 levels from his breaking up of Team Rocket and other in-game events, and 10 levels from being completely /badass/ This is a total of 111 Levels, this means Red is a level 56 Trainer. His Pikachu has collected 5 Million Experience points from going through all of this setting him at Level 117, Do not mess with these two, got that?
