  1. Good Day, my name is Sandro and I am a 17 year old male living in Germany. At the moment I am a 12th grade student striving for a good graduation. The things I usually do when I am not playing any games with my friends is playing the piano, hitting the gym or just trying to enjoy my life somehow. Since recently, I found my ambition to music back and decided to play the piano more often again. Furthermore, I am also interested in programming. For instance, I already made numerous C# programs either for my school or for myself as well as some small Minecraft plugins.
  2. In my roughly 6 years of Minecraft history I gathered plenty of experience such as playing on mcpvp, being an admin on a small server (Skypvp.me) and being a moderator on a larger server (PlayMinity.net). One thing that never changed in this time though is my love to soup pvp.
  3. Some of my characteristic strengths are my temperament, my patience together with how I deal with people. I am a very calm person and am able to control my emotions to always act rationale. My friends and family have always told me that I am a very ambitous and patient person. Beyond that, from my personal expierence I am certain that I know how to behave around people and especially the users. For example, I will not get mad when I have to answer the same 'stupid' questions everday. There are no stupid questions, especially for newcomers in soup pvp.
  4. One of my personal weakness has to be my overthinking. When something bothers me somehow, like a relationship or a tough life situation, I tend to overthink a lot about it in a way that it is really hard for me to think about something else. Besides that, my weakness for the server would be my online time due to school.

  7. My experience and knowledge of Minecraft cheats is certainly extensive. Even though I have never cheated on a public Network server I have to admit that I tried a various amount of clients in the past. On top of that, I helped testing the custom anti cheat system on PlayMinity. Additionly, with the experience on being a staff member of multiple servers I can assure that I know everything that I need to know about minecraft cheats. It is easy for me to spot a cheater but I also look twice to confirm my presumption. I also notice the exceptions and try to pay extra caution to avoid any mistakes when I look out for cheaters.

  10. I have been a Staff member on diverse minecraft servers as I mentioned earlier.
  11. My first experience was on a SkyPvP server. I founded the server with friends and the playerbase quickly grew up to 60 users on weekends. As an admin, my profession was it to make changes on the server. The changes consisted of adjusting the staff team as well as trying to innovate the game mode. Time went by and the other founder and I parted our ways. Years later, I found out about PlayMinity and saw the potential the server had. I applied to the Helper position before the server publicly opened. The job as a helper was quite simple. I had to ban cheaters, answer questions and help out whereever I can. I wanted to change more on the server and invested more time and love in it, which lead to a promotion to the moderator position. Half a year later, I decided to drop out of the staff team as a result of the server evolving in a direction that I could not be coherent with.
  12. Ever since then I have not been a staff member on any public minecraft server.

  14. Over the past years I was lucky to gather numerous experiences in server moderation. I learned how to act as my position and how to represent the server as my role in a comprehendible manner to the users and other staff team. One of the most imported lesson I accomplished though was to work together as a team and figure things out together, and not alone. This is a lesson that I still appreciate and follow because it changed the way I behave in real life in a positive way.

  20. Ever since I started playing on mcpvp I have always been a vast fan of the soup pvp scene. I loved the different play styles that evolved in it and I love following the scene. That is also the reason why I did not play minecraft in the past years due to the loss of soup pvp. I loved mcpvp. I love soup pvp and I would love to give everything back to the players. I want to ensure that everyone can have as much fun as I had and I would be happy enough to see SoupGG evolve in a positive direction. More than that, I would love to help SoupGG evolve in that direction.
  21. The opening of SoupGG is a huge event for me and opens the door that I always wanted to step a foot in.
