  21. (quickly blanched, salt pepper, tossed with butter/coconut oil)

  23. spoon of spicy sour cream / greek yogurt
  24. (lemon/lime juice, jalapeno/chili diced, coriander diced, salt & pepper, sour cream/greek yogurt)
