- (chicken stock, whole garlic cloves, spring onion, soy sauce, broccoli stem, lemon)
- broccoli
- (raw)
- spinach
- (quickly blanched, salt pepper, tossed with butter/coconut oil)
- spoon of spicy sour cream / greek yogurt
- (lemon/lime juice, jalapeno/chili diced, coriander diced, salt & pepper, sour cream/greek yogurt)
