  26. In the time of me being an administrator I have learned a few important things. I have learned how to handle reports correctly, I have learned how to punish people fairly, I have increased my knowledge of the rules by reading through the server rules list multiple times. Making it to the point to where I know almost every rule completely. And if I dont I can just check the rules list again. I have also fully read the staff ethos multiple times to make sure I punish people fairly. And to know when to punish someone and when not to do so. I have a very good relationship with the complete staff team on jailbreak. I think I have proven myself to be a very strong admin that knows the rules, knows how to treat people fairly and can have a laugh aswell.

  32. I have proven myself to be ( one of ) the most dedicated jailbreak staffmembers, having extremely high hours and showing up in-game a lot throughout the day. I haven't touched a single game other than garry's mod from the time I started staffing on Zarp.

  35. I like to take a lot of things with a laugh. I don't take the game too seriously, and if someone is joking around I am completely fine with that and would love to join in. When it comes to staffing though, I am very serious, making sure I treat everyone fairly. I try not to be seen as a person there to take all the fun away from everyone. I am just there to make sure everyone is enjoying themselfs on the server.

  38. I am always there for when someone needs help. Rather that is on jailbreak or bunny hop. I am ( almost ) always on teamspeak, someone can poke me at any time and I will make sure I am there for them, To help them out, Find the problem, and give the correct punishments if needed. I will accept any and everyone on steam, that needs a staff-member on their friendslist. So they can contact me immediately when something has went out of control. I will be there for them.

  40. I feel like I have a good relationship with the current lead-team members. I feel like I would fit in well, since I talk to most of the lead-team members on a regular basis. I think i would be a great addition to the lead-team Because I have proven myself on multiple points to be a great lead-team member.

  47. I have encountered a problem where a moderator has punished someone wrongly. I tried talking to the person, but he did not want to listen because he thought he had it right. Even after showing the person via the staff ethos that he was wrong. He still wouldn't give any sign of caring. I feel like if I was a Super Administrator in this situation, it would be way easier to get my point across. I would be able to give the person that got punished by that moderator the punishment they deserved and no problem would be made of it.

  50. First of all, I would give a good look at the report. Making sure I know what the problem is. If the person making the report was not using the template, I would first reply with a copy and paste of the template. Asking the person to edit their post making sure they fill in the template. After that I would give a deep look into the proof that has been provided against the staff member.

  70. I would firstly, write down in a notepad what happened. Making sure I understand the situation. Once I have done that, and genuinely think that the staff member did not treat the person in question fairly. My next step would be approaching the staff member through teamspeak. If teamspeak is not possible for them at the moment I would try to find another way of communication, for example: Steam or Discord. I would talk to the staff member and tell them the things they did were not appropriate for the situation. I would then ask them to get the staff ethos on the webbrowser. And I would go over it with them. After that I want to decide with him, an appropriate ban length. So the person that got punished, has been punished correctly. And the staff member who did the punishment, now knows how to punish people correctly.

  74. I firstly would like to see what is going on. I would check out the situation myself, and make a decision of rather I think what the staff member is doing is wrong, or right. If it is wrong, as stated in the question. I would approach the staff member, via admin chat. Telling them to be more appropriate in the situation. I would tell them what they are doing wrong and how to improve themselfs. I would let the staff member do the report by himself though, since he/she is the one dealing with it. If the situation goes out of hand, I would step in and finish the report myself. Making sure the staff member sees what I am doing, so he can do it right the next report.

  78. I would firstly, have a talk with the staff member who is accusing the other. I would take notes on what he/she has told me and after that. Give myself a little bit of time to make a decision for myself. I will decide if I think there was any rulebreaking going on. If I think there were rules broken, I would talk to the staff member who has been accused. I would also take notes for the staff member who is breaking the rules, making sure I write down what he is saying. After that, I would like to have a talk with the three of us. To get to a conclusive decision. I would tell the staff member who got accused what they did wrong, and I would explain to them how to not make the mistake again. If there has not been a rule broken, I would tell the accusing staff member that he/she misunderstood the situation and I would end it there.

  83. It is of course not acceptable to have disrespectfull discussions between staff members. I would tell the person who is disrespecting to stop doing so. And to anyone who is doing the same thing, I would say the same. I would also add to it, that anymore disrespecting towards other staff members or the same staff member, would lead to me bringing it up in the meeting. Making sure I tell what happened.

  88. The first thing to do here. Is making sure they stop with what they are doing immediateley. After that I would tell them to get on teamspeak to have a talk. I would tell them that their behaviour is completely unacceptable. He/She is ruining the fun for everyone. Since i record everything in-game, I will be able to gather proof to bring up in the meeting if I think it is neccesairy. If they proceed with what they are doing, I will take away their powers. And will tell I did so in the meeting, where we will then come to a conclusion with what to do.
