I was not looking for a builder at this time however with your enthusiasm, proactive nudging, and good skills lets go ahead and do this as long as
all the things below you agree with and do not bother you.

We have some inactive players who are builders on the server. Purple and Elena. I would like to not hurt yours or their
feelings so you are in the know now we can avoid that.

I have had a bad experience with a builder contacting me for 2 years to take down his builds and quit using them. (On old map). This is a game/sandbox
and I will not ever agree to take down a players build.

We do NOT at this time have an inventory package. The one that worked well for us, the developer quit. I am working on this issue all the time.
So in the meantime we litterally have not given out creative to anyone. Only My husband and Trix have it. It is never used for anything personal.
Only server builds. We keep EVERYTHING seperate!!!!!
When playing a game I find it easy that once I justify pulling something out of creative I justify it again rather easily. Do not justify it is never
allowed.

Even though you said you do not want to be staff just a player who builds sometimes unfortunately the perms I currently have implemented allow for
a staff position.

I feel it is a fair trade to have you do some needed projects for the server also and not limit to just the ones you want to do even though everyone
benefits. I am working on creating custom islands for donators. 150 x 150, 100 x 100, and 50 x 50. I would appreciate you helping with those.
I am quite sure I would have asked you to do the Mob Arena a couple months ago. Keep in mind I am not saying "You have to do this xxx project"
I am saying I would appreciate a two way street here.

I can take you around to areas I've built or builders have built and Nobody's custom island and where I've started other islands.

I need you to run by staff, builds you are proposing rather than just doing it.  I never make server decisions without staff and I expect the same.

Staff requirements have always been: must play on the server for 10 hours a week and have Google Hangouts.
