  5. Understanding the outer dynamics, reflecting and drawing on lessons from experience: individual, group and organisational.
  6. Questions to ask: what were the human processes? What did the experience have to do with way of knowing, deciding and acting? What is the general advice after this experience in terms of organisational processes? What theories can I refer to? Can I refer to persons who can help me learn more?
  7. 3. Inner Experience: Take first person, objective.
  8. Questions to ask: how do I feel about experience? Any strong emotions? What is my physical condition now? Any changes after experience? Am I stressed or sense of release? Tense or relaxed? Intellectually challenged and active or passive?
  9. 4. Inner experience: Reflections and Generalisations:
  10. Questions to ask: inner feelings compare with previous moments, significance of emotions I am feeling, compare emotions to other similar experiences. How do I see my present self emotionally, physical, intellectually? What is most prominent of my inner self? Is it something I usually neglect? What can help me with my inner experiences at this moment? Perhaps poetry, music literature? Implications for my future?
