[01:37:32] Khellendros (maelthras): I was straight up lied to when I put in my app. They said that it would not be allowed. And that no one else was apped that way.

[01:38:19] Khellendros (maelthras): My character is a dragon and I initially tried to app as a normal dragon, denied.

[01:39:10] Khellendros (maelthras): I then went through the races and then apped as a caeli, since it was the most similar to my character. But I wanted one change and that would be wings.
[01:39:33] Khellendros (maelthras): They denied me outright saying that caeli cannot have wings.

[01:40:02] Khellendros (maelthras): yes theres a character on sim, right now that apparently is a caeli and has wings and I assume apped and got it that way.

[01:41:02] Khellendros (maelthras): I had been told that someone had apped for a caeli with wings and it had been approved, but when I mentioned that in my app they said that was not the case.
