  1. The elf we now call Iskenderun the Inventive wasn't always heralded as one of the greatest spellweavers of our time. In his era, evocation was thought of a school best left to the plebeian sorcerers that descended from filthy sky lizards. He was uncontent with the weak, yet efficient, magic missile that passed as a force damage spell. His thesis paper about the practical applications of force magic was given the lowest passing grade. For several centuries he lived as a hermit.
  2. He spent his time crafting some of the most powerful force spells we know today, the most famous of which being his Battlesphere. Other well known spells include his Mystic Blast and Orb of Destruction. His Brilliant Spray and Force Lance also see use in the more devoted followers of his school.
  3. Here is a compilation of his most well-known spells.

  46. DESCRIPTION
  47. A powerful lance of force jolts forth from your hand, speeding towards its target, and deals 1d4+1 points of force damage per caster level (maximum 10d4+10). This spell shatters weaker force defenses. If fired at a target under the effect of mage armor, or shield, you may roll a dispel check (1d20+CL) for each effect. This spell can also be used against unattended objects and magical defenses, such as Walls. Force damage ignores hardness. When used against a Wall of Force, you can choose to deal half damage to bypass the wall. This damage reduction is applied before any multipliers or boosts, like Empowered Spell.
  48. The Force Lance strikes unerringly, and ignores any cover or concealment less than total.
