10 Year Streamiversary

[10 YEAR STREAMIVERSARY]

Hey, auth here,

I began streaming in September of 2013, while I was in grad school and I was looking for a way to record speedruns, which I was just getting into. Since then, aside from a few weeks per year of vacation, I have streamed pretty much 7 days a week for the last 10 years.

My content might have changed, but the variety hasn't. I speedran more than 200 games, and now I enjoy the same variety of let's plays. I became a Twitch partner 6 years ago, playing terrible games like Bubsy 3D and Super Mario World.

At this point, I feel like there are more than a few games that people know my stream for, so I thought the best way to celebrate would be to play some of those games on stream. Below are a list of the games I'd like to play, but there's no guarantee how many of them I'll get to. It'll be unstructured, so no real "schedule", but it should be a lot of fun.

There are no requirements to spend money to support my stream, however. Just being around and supporting with your viewership and your excitement has always been -- and will always be -- more than enough!

That being said, this does fall during Subtember, so if you'd like to support the stream, of course paid recurring subs are discounted. If you are looking to subscribe to the stream, committing to six-months saves you 30% over the normal price, and I get the same cut of that (it comes out of Twitch's half). I'm not pushing for any particular numbers right now, but all support is always appreciated.

An easy way to support somewhat more directly is Patreon. They take a smaller cut, and once a month I put up a poll to let my patrons vote on a game they'd like to see me play.

Similarly, Skybilz (my partner) is working on building up her numbers to get the Partner Plus status, which comes with an increase to the sub split.
