Appearance: Vanessa has black let down hair, which she wears a well made, make shift body armor, which was the utilization of most fibers and strains of bullet proof vest and ballistics. The make shift armor is a hardened padded suit, which padded pants, which they have knee pads placed on, which are hardened to the point(reinforced by steel). She wears wrist guards, and she has two flint-lock like pistols holstered on the side of her hips, she also have a large musket like rifle slinged over her shoulder and which goes across her back. She also have a few throwing knifes, and a K-bar knife sheathed horizontally along her stomach region.
Personality:SHe is crazy, and she is easily angered so calling her on about her anger issues may be an annoyance, but she knows her stuff. She enjoys blowing stuff up, and killing things
Bio: Vanessa joined 22-3 at an early age, even early than most, she joined in the age of 8 and worked as a assistant cook who gave food towards the needy and the sick, while also feeding the soldiers. She also worked as an engineer assistance as she was gifted with machinery but not only that weapon making, and armor, so most of the time 22-3 officials will ask her to make something just to see what she uses, which was out of complete scraps. IN the age of 12 she was accepted into the military and under-grow some millitary training although she actually broke her drill instructors arm, and almost went into a blood rage nearly killing him, the obvious reasoning towards his defeat was that he was slower than her, and she went for the knees, crotch, and such playing significantly dirty. Officials decided to give her special task force training, and put her into a recon division, sniper, and engineer, when she was 16 after two years of training and an additional year for marksmen, she took another year into engineering, and manufacturing armor, weapons, and operating vehicles she finally was put into the specialist rank, she refused on provided armor but she re-made them into her own form of armor, which some may say...is impressive or just plain crazy. Although officials find her concerning as she enjoys, firing her weapons, violence, and blowing stuff up as she also became an expert in demolition.
	Equipment:
Armor: She made her own set of shock-proof armor, which its padding has steel reinforcement, which layered oevr that  is a hardened padded placed over it. The suit can endure heavy caliber rounds and also reduce shock damage coming from a bullet making contact. It can take 35 standard rounds and probably 25 7.87 before penetration can occur, it is developed to take a few(FEW) shots of a .50 grade sniper, and it is fire-proof, and it is an insulated which prevents the electrical conductivity made for tazer rounds).
Weapons
Flintlock: She carries duel heavy caliber flintlocks, which utilizes .357, caliber rounds they have a base magazine size though of 12 shots(Slightly higher than a revolver would have). They have the overall appearance, of a flintlock too, the gun fires heavy shots which gives the bullet further speed, velocity, and kinetic force, which even if it stops it can still do some damage internal if not wearing the proper armor. Butit has extreme recoil, mainly why it is duel wielded because re-aiming is needed, although it has extreme range it has horrible accuracy due to its recoil.
"Musket!" : This slim rifle that has its magazine inserted through the bottom, and which it slides in further and secures it, which guards it. The musket overall weight is balance which can be used as a baton and can spin it, around herself. it utilizes .44 rounds(Or 7.87 though difference in round magazine capacity is ensured). The butt of the stock of her gun is made out of steel, and on the sides are jagged, and can be used as a blunt weapon, the stock itself though is composed out of stainless steel, allowing he to go up, up close and personal with someone. the shots fired from this rifle, has extreme range, and power, while it has a safety switch built into the recoil system which jerks up the weapon and allows her to utilize the momentum to whack someone close to her, or re-spin it into aiming position. it has 12 round magazine capacity of .44, and can utilizes 20, for 7.87, it also is also, universal for grade and sniper rounds, as you can see utilizing either two.
