Using this Charm makes it impossible to disarm the Infernal or otherwise interfere with her weapon except on the tick she attacks. However, her weapon only appears in her hand in response to a killing intent, making it impossible to parry with it except on those ticks.

This adds the spirit’s new wound penalty to her base Initiative as she resets. Killing a spirit increases her base Initiative by (4 + the spirit’s Essence)

If she succeeds on her (Dexterity + Athletics) roll, her attack is considered a surprise attack. The Infernal can only use this Charm on the turn she comes into close range of her target.

Flesh-Flensing Barrage’s effect can be stacked against the same target up to (Infernal’s Essence or 3, whichever is greater) times.
