Still unable to use Click & Collect 5 days after purchasing item. Seller contacted support, support said my account is not enrolled in C&C even though I've used it 3 times this year

    Actually you don't need to register to Click and Collect that is an option for any members if they wish to have it collected to a store.

    I've checked the screenshot and that is a misinformation though for we don't have a registration for click and collect option.

    What if I ask the seller to relist the item for buy it now, for the price I payed for it and see if I can purchase it and checkout with click & collect. Would there be any negative consequences? ie. any extra fees the seller would have to deal with?
