  10. Venitus is a freelance Frame Ops team filler, serving as the back-up for many teams when complications arise. Although he isn’t a master at the game, he does have enough skill to sustain a decent leaderboard rank. He also prefers to keep his optic eye a secret, and he has ensured that it does nothing to give him an advantage in-game.

  12. Appearance
  13.
  14. Venitus is a broad man, standing at 6'5, with a weight of 220.462 lb (100 Kg). He is fairly strong, and pretty fast. His skin is decently tanned, and he has a black brand (which is really just a cool tattoo but he calls it a brand, and sees it as a curse despite the fact that he likes it. He’s basically Owain in this regard) that goes up along the inside of his right arm and up into his palm. Because of this, it is rare that you'll ever find him without a slim black long sleeved shirt with his gaming gloves. His blonde hair is in a buzz-cut, and with his red eyes, pictures of him always look weird. His eyes aren't actually naturally red. His optic eye is slightly glitched, and only displays his irises as red. While he tries to always wear a colored contact, he tends to forget to put it in, resulting in some confusion. Although he wears longer shirts, he refuses to wear pants. You will always find Venitus in a pair of shorts, normally navy blue with two bright red stripes down each side.

  16. Personality and Character
  17.
  18. Venitus is a freeflowing and easy-going individual, when not in the heat of a match. When he is absorbed within the world of Frame Ops, he is a strict battle tactician, a man who follows every detail and rule to its fullest extent, even to his own detriment. He has a tendency to ramble on about things most people find utterly mundane and meaningless. He is also incredibly forgetful, forgetting important dates and events up until the moment they're going to occur, leaving to his life being somewhat hectic. He doesn't mind, and is often just in it for the ride.
  19.
  20. As a young kid, he was sold to a rich business-owner as a man-servant by his parents who were gambling addicts. His parents wanted him gone regardless, having been born of an affair of two people who never truly loved each other, and certainly despised him. This left him with not only a deep distain of anything that resembles gambling, but also a longing for a true sense of family. He ran away from the man as soon as he could and joined a street gang, which gave him friends and a family. This gang offered him his first taste of Frame Ops, and he was instantly hooked. His gangmates often just let him play to laugh at his complete personality shift. Venitus got good enough at the game to try out some tournaments, which he won. Following a win where he utterly curbstomped his opponent, he lost his left eye in an ensuing brawl. He used the prize money of that game to pay for a state of the arc optic eye that he never told anyone he had. After winning many more games, these ones with less fighting after he won, he gave most of the prize money to his gang, and left to go strike it on his own, although he still stops in to hang out with his old mates every once and a while.
  21.
  22. To add some more detail about his rise, he started with his gangmates showing him Frame Ops. At this point, due to harsh police crackdowns, gang warfare has been confined to only occur over online places, namely, Frame Ops. Venitus ended up being the best player in this gang, and basically led them to become the most powerful gang in Chicago. After a while, talent agents began to realize the untapped potential of the gang Frame Ops players, and Venitus was offered that opportunity. Taking it up, he was placed on a team with people he immediately hated. He ended up leaving that team and the agency shortly, but not before making a large enough name for himself that he was a staple of the pro scene. He floats from team to team, and is the primary back-up for many notable squads.
  23.
  24. Skills and Abilities
  25.
  26. Venitus is able to see details normally invisible to the human eye. He is adept at picking up tell signs, and thusly is able to better tell when he is being lied to, or really a lot else about a person. This is all due to his optic eye, which is able to zoom in. It also doubles as a supercomputer. In other words, it’s Google in your eye with a semi advantage against bluffs and gives a bonus to any sight based observational activity, out of game. It has no function within Frame Ops, and this is the one rule that Venitus doesn’t try to circumnavigate. He can operate long-ranged weaponry, but he isn’t particularity good or fond of doing so. He much prefers his plasma shotgun, or the brunt force of his power gloves.
  27.
  28. The Alondite is a short ranged frame, designed to be for quick attacks that zip in and out of enemy range. Its main weapons are two dual barreled pistols that turn into a large sword when combined. For large blasts of damage, the Alondite comes with an elemental grenade launcher. Different types of damage are done via these grenades, be it electric, explosive, erosive, or any other variety. It can also be combined with the pistols and the sword, to create an Explosion Sword and the Quad barreled Detonator. That being said, it lacks any form of long-ranged combat, as the explosives go off after a set time that can’t be changed mid-battle. Its speed somewhat mitigates the issue of long ranged attacks, as many foes will only have the chance to get one shot in before they’re being set upon.
