- JETPACK
- -------
- The objective is to collect all the green gems on the pedestals, then escape through the giant double-doors that open.
- As the name implies, you have a jetpack. You have to get fuel to fly. The fuel tanks look like big metal canisters. A double-canister refuels you completely; a single canister refuels half of your gauge.
- You also have a 'phase shifter' capable of temporarily allowing you to pass through a block. It fires in the direction you hold, and can affect blocks directly adjacent to you. Only certain kinds of blocks can be phased; brick walls can be phased, stone walls cannot. Different kinds of walls phase at different speeds.
- There are certain features in levels that can be interacted with. Teleporter pads are represented by a colored line on the ground. Force fields can be switched on and off via switches. Look for a colored round blob either floating in the air or sitting on the ground; ones on the ground are floor switches and are activated just by walking over them. Ones in the air are activated by pressing down.
- Some stages have refuel areas that look like grids of pulsing squares. Standing there will gradually refill your fuel. One of the later stages has something that looks similar-but-distinct that drains your fuel instead.
- You can increase or decrease the speed of the game with either the + and - keys on the keypad, or the = and - keys on the number row. This means how fast you get through a stage is, to an extent, up to you and how fast you think you can react to what's in front of you. Don't go to 9.
- To avoid the dreaded GAME OVER, there's a cheat that gives you extra lives: Hold TAB, 2, and L at the same time. This only works during gameplay.
- Testers note: After you have entered the stage just hold this down until you get 99 lives, you really don't want to game over.
- One more tip: Pressing SPACE during the stage intro/warp in sequence will speed it up.

- Starting point: Double-click dosbox.exe. Once the title screen has loaded, press S. A miniature display of level 0 will appear. Wait there; on GO, press SPACE to begin.
- Goal: Complete stage 10
