Kid Anon and Fluttermom part 6

>A few more days pass by.
>During those days, your relationship with Angel vastly improved. You were mindful of taking Fluttershy's attention away from him. And he was pretty good at checkers too. that, or you were just bad. The three of you, the animals. Everything seemed finally in order.
>However, you also started to get a sense of "cabin fever". There were still those times where there was absolutely nothing to do. And even if there was. Enjoyment for it was getting monotonous. You started to have urges of going out to play.
>The more time that went by, the more your curiousness of Ponyville grew over your fear of leaving the cottage.
>You finally decided to wait for a day for Fluttershy to step out and again ask you that same question she always asks, this time...you would reply differently.
>The day finally came. Food reserves were once again low, meaning Fluttershy would have to go out to get some food.
>You hopped out of bed immediatly and prepped yourself for the day ahead.
>You got dressed into your suit and struck a quick pose. You were excited, today was the day you were gonna see what a pony world actually looks like.
>You waited for Fluttershy to awake as you paced, boy oh boy. You even had a viable reason to go see more than what may be planned. Wether it was a good reason or not didn't matter, but you were curious about the rest of the clothes Rarity had mentioned she would make for you.
>You started to wonder how other ponies would react. Would they warm up to you immediatly? Would they see you as a monster? Would they even care? Because at this moment you didn't. You were sure everything was going to be just fine, you even felt like bursting into song.....but that would be too silly.
>Finally, Fluttershy had woken up and stepped out her door. You sprang into action and immediatly jumped at her for a good morning hug. "Good Morning Fluttershy!"
>Fluttershy gasps and almost hops back, looks like you scared her half to death with your surprise good morning. But you hung on as tight as you could and hugged tightly. A big smile on your face.
>After a quick recooperation. Fluttershy smiled at you, she replied to your good morning with that radiant softspoken voice that always put you in a good mood.
>You hopped about excitingly, asking her multiple times if she was going out today. You were more than ready for this.
>She started to giggle, she was wondering where all your excitement was coming from. She nodded. "Well, I do need to go out to buy some food....". She started looking in the cabinets and pantry. It was already that time. You even sneaked a few nightly snacks to make sure it would be.
>She again hung a few bags over her sides, and walked over to the front door. She was always so diligent. Making sure everyone had food to eat.
>You stood ready like a powder keg. Waiting for that question. A big stupid smile on your face.
> She looked back at you. She couldn't figure out why exactly you were excited. But she was always ready to invite you along, for the experience and all that jazz. She opened her mouth, but before a single word can even be uttered. You explode and hop around "YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES".
>Fluttershy almost fell over again, she wasn't used to this kind of excitement. "ummm...is that a..."
>"YESYESYESYESYESYESYES"
>Fluttershy didn't know what you were saying yes to, she just wanted to ask if you wanted to come along. She was confused. "Anon..do you want."
>"YESYESYESYESYESYES"
>"come along...."
>"YESYESYESYESYESYES"
>"...with me?"
>"YEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!"
>You stopped and stared into her eyes with heightened vigor. She gulped and forced a smile "so...that was a yes...to thatquestion, right?"
>you nodded
>Fluttershy let out a releived sigh as you nodded, she didn't really like all that yelling.
>She looks to you with a smile and asks if you are sure. You nod again. She gives a quick nod and gives you a few instructions to basically stick by her so you don't end up getting lost. And to not scream alot, as it may give others the wrong impression of you. But she also stated she wasn't worried, she was sure you'd be a well behaved gentlecolt.
>She opens the front door, the bright sunshine hits both your faces with an inviting warmth. This was it. Holy shit...THIS WAS IT!
>Fluttershy urges you to stick close to her and not wander off when you both actually enter the town. She didn't want you getting hurt or getting lost. You look to her and reply with a "Got it, you can count on me Mo....a'm"
>Fluttershy got confused, and smiled at you. She told you didn't need to say ma'am. But in her mind, she was wondering why you even said it at all.
>But...to you, that was actually a recovery. You almost called her "mom". You internally call yourself an idiot. Why would you even entertain the idea? Fluttershy would probably find it really wierd and uncomfortable if you called her mom.
>You get it out of your mind as both you and Fluttershy walk out the front gate and towards the town.
>You start to look around. It was utterly breathtaking. Everything was so bright and colorful. Cheerful and vibrant. Clean without an ounce of pollution. It was like you stepped into a fantasy cartoon.
>You remarked on how beautiful and clean everything is. Fluttershy replied to you that it's always been that way for as far back as she can remember. She started to imagine to herself how'd you react to Cloudsdale ifthe simple fields and grass was enough to impress you. Then she shuddered at the thought of you falling through the clouds.
>As you walked, you could see Ponyville in all it's splendor. The houses were abit oddly shaped. it was like a kiddy medieval land.
>And in the town you could see ponies. Lots of ponies. Holy hell, there were actual ponies you could see that were actually smaller than you. Those had to be either children like you, or very adorable midgets
>You look further into the distance and notice...is that?..how did you even miss that? Is that a giant tree castle?
>You stop Fluttershy and point at it, you ask her what that massive structure is since she failed to even mention it. Was Ponyville a kingdom? oh hell, who even ruled it?
>Fluttershy giggled and told you not to worry. That it's princess's Twilight's castle.
>Princess.....Twilight? She had told you about A Twilight. But never mentioned she was a princess. From the pictures, she just looked like a winged unicorn. You even remember a few without wings. So you assumed she used some sort of magic to get them.
>Fluttershy goes into abit of detail on how she became a princess, but not so much the castle. She didn't want to scare you that truly evil beings like Tirek existed.
>Tests? Celestia? Cutie Mark swaps? oy, this was too much to process and you didn't want to hear anymore. You just wanted to go into town already.
>You both step into town. The first thing you note is the smell. It's incredibly fresh, not like smells you think you can remember about a town.
>You can see various ponies, of all types and colors doing......what people would normally do. You had expected something alittle different. But now you wonder why you even entertained such a thought. The only thing "out of the ordinary" are the pegasi flying about.
>You start to notice that the ponies, quite a few of them are starting to notice you. A few of them seem to be whispering a few things to one another. You start to feel nervous.
>You started to move closer to Fluttershy as the staring intensified. You whisper to her that they are staring, and that you feel uncomfortable about it.
>Fluttershy stops and looks and looks around. She's starting to notice this herself. She was hoping they weren't saying anything bad. She gave you a smile and told you they probably are just surprised to see something new. Well no shit.
>You asked if they were going to try to hurt you.
Fluttershy didn't hesitate to tell you to get that thought out of your head. That nothing bad was going to happen to you.
>you weren't so sure.
>"Hey Fluttershy! umm, what's that ya got beside ya?""
>You jumped forward with a gasp as a sweet southern accent...thing...seemed to have crept up behind you....southern accent? A human? that would make sense given it'd be out of place for a pony to have one.
>You and Fluttershy turn around. To your surprise, a small yellowish filly with a big pink bow stood before you. You wondered for a second how this surprised you, and not the fact that it had an accent. Fluttershy greeted her and explained to her that this was her human friend, Anon, and that she was taking care of you.
>Human friend....why did those words sting?
>The little filly circled around you like a cat, she had never seen anything like you before. She asked what a human was.
>Fluttershy started to speak but stopped. She really had no idea. But she said you were very nice and friendly.
>You then remember Rarity's words. That it's polite to greet a lady and such. Something like that. You introduce yourself.
>"Golly! It can talk?!"
>You force a smiile to be polite. But it seems to make you rather ticked that peopl...ponies assume you are an actual animal.
>You try to sound as gentlemanly as possible. If you are to assume correctly. Ponies like that. You bow "And umm.. may I ask who you are miss?"
>She smiles that her name is Applebloom. You started to reaaaalllllyyy notice how irregular pony names are. But then you notice something else that catches your eye...or moreso, doesn't. "Hey, where's your cutie mark?"
>Apple Bloom backed away abit and frowned. You were puzzled, and yet at the same time scared you had said something wrong. And given her reaction, you did just that. "I...don't got one yet.."
>Fluttershy steps up to the plate and tells Apple Bloom never to worry, that she will get one soon, that she knew she would. This seems to cheer her right back up. Noting her reaction, you apologize for even bringing it up.
>Apple Bloom smiles abit and says it's alright. And she even mentions how really nice you seem to be. You note this, and began to wonder if all ponies were this trusting. It's as if a body snatcher could swoop right in and everyone would still be all smiles until the thing actually revealed itself.
>Apple Bloom seems pretty curious about you. She asks the usual questions anypony would ask. Fluttershy seemed to be getting worried about you with each passing question. But since these questions were coming from a child like yourself. You not only took it in stride, but felt abit superior. Answering every question in confidence.
>Apple Bloom then turns to Fluttershy and asks her if she can borrow you.
>You immediatly start coughing, the hell? "Borrow?". Surely this wasn't a pony euphemism for picking up a boyfriend, you REALLY weren't her type.
>You begin to sweat. You didn't want this. You'd probably be lynched if you even entertained the thought.
>Even Fluttershy seemed surprised, she asked the young filly what she meant by borrow.
>Apple Bloom explained that maybe if she took you back to the treehouse and she and her fellow crusaders examined you, they'd unlock the questions you couldn't quite answer and get their cutie marks.
>To some crazy lonely looney, this sounded like a dream come true. But you were an innocent kid. And having girls examine you period was icky. But truthfully, you didn't want to be treated like some sort of lab rat.
>Fluttershy tells her that's probably not a good idea, Apple Bloom sighs "ooookkkk"
>Then you start to think about something else. She was probably your age....ponywise anyway.Maybe she would like to be your friend instead. You cough, and ask her.
>"But...we just met Anon"
>Wow, that probably would be your line.
>Fluttershy seemed to like the idea though, well..she seemed to smile when you asked the question anyway.
>Apple Bloom continues to say however that she wouldn't mind though, but she'd have to ask the others first as it would be easier if we were all friends. Then goes on to saythat after that, you'd probably have to go through a "test for noncrusaders" to be let into the clubhouse.
>You nodded and said that doesn't sound to bad. But you wondered internally what all this crusader stuff was.
>Apple Bloom smiled and then said she had to be off anyhow, she was busy gathering things for the farm.
>Farm? The apple farm? huh....must be Applejack's sister then...or cousin...or whatever.
>You all said your goodbyes.
>As she left, you noticed the pony amount eyeing you had lessened abit. huh...
>And Apple Bloom didn't seem afraid of you at all. You wanted to ask Fluttershy the absurd question why the ponies aren't screaming "MONSTER!!!!". It was like actual monsters had rampaged through the town before, and you were no big deal. Well, atleast you were safe if that was the case.
>You made a few stops around town. A few of the vendors asked Fluttershy questions about you as you'd expect. And the same answers were always given. You noted that the currency was in something called "bits".
>You ask Fluttershy if you could pay at the next stop. She oblidges, she doesn't see why not. But you also wanted to pay for something you wanted....and you wanted sweets.
>You give Fluttershy a big long face "Cwould I....I...buy swome cookees?"
>"Awww....of course you can little Anon...infact, I know where you can get the yummiest cookies in Ponyville."
>hook,line, and sinker
>Fluttershy leads you to a place called "Sugarcube Corner"
>Sugarcube? despite the nice looking building. You had hoped nothing inside was strictly for horses and other animals.
>Upon entering however, you are treated to the smell of wonderful cakes and delicious doughnuts. You wondered if Fluttershy had enough bits to buy the place so you could eat everything inside.
>Fluttershy let's you look around the place, since you are the buyer afterall. The problem is, did you just want to buy cookies or something else? The currency Fluttershy gave you suggested you better just get some delicious chocolate chip cookies and be done with it.
>You head for the counter and ring the bell. A portly pony greets you happily.she doesn't even seem to be phased by your physical appearance.
>this irks you abit.
>Before introductions are even made. You inquire why she seems so..unaffected by your appearance.
>"Well you are Anon aren't you?"
>You awkwardly nod.....what was going on?
>She explains to you that Pinkie Pie came home one day and went on and on about a new friend she made, something she would normally do. And had even shown a picture of you to her and her husband. She even made it a point apparantly for you to be treated like any other pony, since it was noted how sensitive you can be. She tells you she had no problem oblidging to Pinkie's request. You seemed nice enough and Pinkie seemed a good judge of character.
>Well ok then, that explains that. You wondered how Pinkie was with secrets. She'd probably blurt those all over the place aswell.
>The pony finally reveals herself as Mrs.Cake. More specifically named ponies...but you were used to it by now. You asked her if she sold cookies, of the chocolate chip variety. She smiled and told you there was actually various types of chocolate chip cookies to select from. You just asked for the garden variety.
>You receive the cookies and pay the nice pony. Oh god...they smelled soooooo good.
>You walked back over to Fluttershy to show her how well you did on making a purchase. And even offered her one. She declined. And even further told you can eat one but no more. As it'd spoil your appetite.......dammit.
>As you both go to exit, you hear a familair voice yell from upstairs. "Heyyyyy Fluttershy!"
>It was Pinkie Pie
>She happily hopped down to greet and hug her friend. Then, she looked at you with a smile and hugged you. "Oooohhh! You brought Nonny with you too! Hehe, he looks pretty sharp in that suit"
>holy shit, finally someone recognizes your coolness!
>You strike a pose for Pinkie. Getting the most out of the suit. To your surprise, she poses back. Ok...nevermind. Pinkie was damn awesome.
>She asks Fluttershy what she was doing. Fluttershy replies that she's doing some food shopping. Pinkie Pie then immediatly jumps at the chance to ask if she can come along. Fluttershy seems unsure and checks with you to see if you're comfortable with it.
>But before she can open her mouth.
>"YESYESYESYESYESYESYES!"
>Fluttershy doesn't even try this time. and nods to Pinkie. who just hops around excitingly.
>Pinkie was added to the party
>And so the three of you were off.
>Pinkie was a great partner to have. She really took the rest of the edge off. She didn't ask any personal questions and asked you questions like whats your favorite game? She really was a kid at heart.
>She also wouldn't stop hopping. It was actually kind of addictive. You started doing it yourself. "That's the way Nonny!"
>And so the rest of you hopped about and around. As Fluttershy just giggled and continued her shopping.
>As you all went along. Pinkie started to tell you stories about her adventures through Equestria with her friends. She put a funny spin to it that you found quite humerous. However, there's a tale she tells you that makes you stop.
>"Woooooah! You became a vampire?"
>You pointed at Fluttershy, who chuckled nervously. And with a low voice said".........yes"
>Pinkie made it seem scary, but if anything. You thought it was the coolest thing ever. You immediatly ask her if she bit anyone and sucked thier blood. Fluttershy doesn't answer, she looks sickly from the questions.
>Pinkie clarifies she became a "Vampire Fruit Bat" and such.
>Still the idea seemed really cool. You ask Fluttershy if she atleast gathered an army of lustful Stallion servants. You didn't know if ponies found her attractive or not. But to you, Fluttershy was the snuggliest pony ever.
>Fluttershy blushes profusely and demands....nicely...for the subject to be dropped.
>You whisper and ask Pinkie instead. She giggles and whispers Fluttershy probably could of if she didn't act so scary at the time. You both snicker.
>With the shopping at an end, and disaster not occuring in the slightest. Fluttershy bids a farewell to Pinkie.
>But Pinkie doesn't. She asks Fluttershy if she can sleep over instead.
>Sleepover? huh....
>Fluttershy asks why, it was so sudden afterall.
>Pinkie suddenly pulls out a gigantic "Book of friends" and points out she knows alot and trusts everyone in the book. But then she reveals your entry, it's nothing of note. She explains she wants to get to know you better.
>This Pinkie character was...interesting...You start to wonder if anyone in that book even had a choice or not.
>But, she was fun...and super nice. You ask Fluttershy too if she could. It seemed like it'd be a blast.
>Fluttershy at first seemed hesitant. But....this would give you an oppurtunity to grow and learn about others.
>She says yes, excitement to be had, confetti suddenly everywhere.
>Pinkie explains she'll be over later in the evening, so beeeee ready.
>You and Fluttershy return home. And as per usual. You help her put away the food.
>You put your cookies on the bed. You wondered if Angel liked cookies, he'd probably enjoy one.
>Yup, everything went better than you expe......Shittttttt you forgot about asking about Rarity's!!!!!
