To whom it may concern:

I recently received a 3 hour suspension; the following was included in the in-game notification as a justification of the ban:

"Also the fact you named youself 'goodgirl' is creepy as hell.
Skyzcool, that may be true but we don't make want-fantasy toons named 'goodgirl', Skyzcool.
Busch! Help us, Skyzcool is on his creepy 'goodgirl' alt that he threatens to strangle for rp sex reasons"

I am told that this was in violation of the Code of Conduct and the Name and Costume policy.

I have examined both in detail and am unable to discern which provisions of either I am violating. Could you please respond detailing exactly which portions of the rules I have violated.

If on review it is found that I am not in violation of the Code of Conduct or the Name and Costume policy, I would like you to (a) apologise to me via an in-game mail; (b) create a sticky thread in the forums apologizing to the playerbase at large for what is clearly a serious lapse in the professionalism of your staff; and, (c) offer better training to your GMs. The role of your GMs is to enforce the rules. As far as I am aware, at this point I have broken no rules and as such believe the GMs have acted well beyond their ambit in this matter.

When the GMs do not enforce the rules, as written, understood and agreed to by the playerbase when they log in but instead arbitrarily punish players who are well within the published and agreed bounds set by the rules, it undermines the faith that the playerbase has in the competency of the GMs.

I will re-open this ticket if I recieve anything other than a detailed description of how I have violated the rules or the abovementioned redress.
