Here are some things you can write about:
- What you enjoy most about the server (community, events, channels, etc.)
- Any frustrations or challenges you've faced while using the server
- How we can improve communication between staff and members
- Channels or features that you find unnecessary or could be improved
- What would encourage you to participate more in events or activities
- Any features or content you feel are missing and would like to see added
- Your thoughts on the moderation (fairness, approachability, improvements)
- How easy it is to find important information (rules, guides, announcements)
- What keeps you in the server and what might make you leave
- One thing you'd change about the server if you could
