Level up (21/17/35 for now, up to change).

Smouldering lake
From high lord wolnir, go back and drop down with spook.
Kill firedemon and mimic, pick up black blade, large titanite shard, soul, sage mask and witch ring. Light next bonfire.
Pick up rightmost large shard, go to horace cave, kill two lizards, horace and pick up items there. Bone back.
Pick up large shard in front of you and on the right, run to breakable floor, wait for balista to shoot. Do not fall down.

From ariandel chapel run to snowie mountain pass, drop down to where chieftan is. // you can run from snowie mountain pass bonfire, it's about 4 seconds faster, but add an extra warp
Pick up soul x3, earth seeker. Bone back.
Kill two lizards behind illusory wall, pick up pyromancer's parting flame and homeward bone.
Kill livid pyromancer dunnel, bone back.
Open doors to chapel, pick up hollow gem, drop down to the tree roots.
Pick up moss, kill lizard, pick up ember and follower sabre. Spook quit out to bonfire.
Pick up snap freeze, kill tree lady. Pick up homeward bone, titanite slab and shriving stone. Bone back. // Running to ladder from snap freeze takes the same time as running from bonfire so it's up to you.
Kill gravetender, light bonfire and warp to snowfield.
Pick up item (?), pick up soul, milwood greatbow, heavy gem, homeward bone.
Pick up soul, soul on top of the tower, capitain's ashes, millwood battleaxe, oak shield and kill lizard.
Pick up soul, bone back. Wapr to ariandel chapel.
Talk to friede to get the ring. // you can skip this and pick it up after dlc when we get back here to give blood of dark soul to painting girl.
Kill friede and light bonfire.

Talk to Shira, accept request, get Sacred Chime of Filianore. Pickup 1x Titanite Chunk, Run over the bridge. Pickup 2x Mossfruit, Kill Seeker of the Spurned (Wolf Ring +3), Black Witch Set. Go down stairs, pickup Mossfruit, Large Soul of a Crestfallen Knight, run back up and go into the corridor on the right and pickup Ringed Knight Spear. Go up stairs. Run up to Crystals and get White Birch Bow, Titanite Chunk, 3x Young White Branches, Rubbish (near 3x Locust Preacher), Church Guardian Shiv (inside tower), 2x Titanite Scales (near Dragonslayer). Kill Dragonslayer Armour and get Iron Dragonslayer Set. Pickup Soul of a Crestfallen Knight, Titanite Chunk (near Ridge/Rock), Black Witch Veil (next to stranded church), Twinkling Titanite (back of stranded Church), Open Shortcut, Ringed Knight Straight Sword, Light Ringed City Streets Bonfire, Pick up Prism Stones x4, do the humanity puzzle. Kill Judigator (2x Titanite Chunk), go down stairs, drop down, grab Dragonhead Shield, Large Soul of a Crest Fallen Knight, interact with the Purging Monument. Go back and speak to Lapp, item (?)

[Tower]
Go right, talk to Lapp, skip cutscene. Drop down stairs, pick up Blessed Gem, kill Mimic (Ring of Evil Eye +3), head up and drop through stairs, Kill Moaning Knight (Blindfold Mask), pickup Lightning Gem, Simple Gem, go back to entrance and pickup Champion Bones and Lapp's Set, go up and light Shared Grave Bonfire.

[After Tower]
Kill Midir Ledge and pickup 1x Titanite Scale.
Roll through Invis wall and grab 1x Soul of a Weary Warrior and 1x Lightning Arrow. Open shortcut, pickup Chloranthy Ring +3, 1x Ember, Roll Invis wall, Filinianore Spear Ornament, pickup Garb and Wrappings. Kill Midir. Light Darkeater Midir bonfire. Warp back to Ringed City Inner Wall bonfire. (Later come back for loot of Shira)

[Halflight]
Pickup Budding Green Blossoms 3x, Ritual Spear Fragment, 2x Twinkling Titanite, Kill Ringed City Twinswords Enemy, Kill Halflight. Light Church of Filianore Bonfire. Kill Shira. Pickup Crucifix of the Mad King. Kill Gael. Warp back to Ringed City Inner Wall and go to Shira's Hideout
