- Covet: "That sounds, good, I'd also like to look into getting our stock of random obscure comics, ones that are on cult lists and the like, bulked up a bit too." He added, "We sort of sell older editions like them now, we just have to order them in. I like the idea of having them on site though. Nothing quite like instant gratification with comics."
- Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, but I find that a lot of people, when they ask, if they find out I have to order it they tell me not to bother. I'd hate to lose out on those sales simply because they don't want to order it." He shrugged, moving his hand to brush at his hair.-
- Covet: "I hear you, which is why I'm all for getting some ordered in so that we don't have that issue. I'd rather spend the cash out of profit to get them here and earn it back, than to lose the sale all together." He said nodding, " If you see some worth while that you think will sell by all means, Order a few. You've got my go ahead."
- Tsaaq: Bliss came out of the back office and out to the floor. She shuffled around a moment then went over to Eli. "Hey guys, I was wondering something." She said loud enough for them both to hear.
- Alexithymiaa: "I'll keep looking then." He nodded, directing his attention back to the screen of the computer so he could scroll through the page and selection. When Bliss announced her curiosity, he lifted his head from the computer again to look at her. "Shoot."-
- Covet: "Thanks, Adam." Eli said then gave Bliss a smile as she walked in and spoke to them, "And what were you wondering my dear?"
- Tsaaq: "Should we have a cosplay event after spring break? Since it'll be warm and people will be more inclined to go out to events. Right? That's good marketing?" She inquired, leaning an elbow on the counter. "We can think of the specifics later. I was just wondering if we should start back with the cosplay crowd."
- Alexithymiaa: "I think that would probably be a good idea. Most cosplay things are usually more geared to warmer weather so we'll probably get a pretty good turn out."-
- Covet: "I think this is a fantastic idea, and I second and back it. We'll just have to come up with a good theme for everyone. I miss doing Cosplay events, plus, it will give us the oporunity to show off the hard work we've been doing." He said the directed the second half of his statement to Bliss.
- Tsaaq: She grinned a moment. "Okay, great. That's all." Bliss nodded her head. "Sounds great. Now all we have to do is pick a theme right? What were you two talking about before I got here?"
- Alexithymiaa: "Oh, we were going back and forth about expanding some of our limited edition stock. The fact that we have to special order a lot of things discourages people from purchasing it because they have to wait for it. I'm just browsing things we could keep here in the shop." He nodded, gesturing toward the computer. "But as far as cosplay themes go... is there anything seasonal coming up?"-
- Covet: "Easter? But I think that might be before? Then after that Mother's Day. We should check and see if there's some weird Obscure Nerd...Oh my god there is. May fourth. May the Fourth be with you." Eli said facepalming. "We've already done Star Wars, but it's a theme."
- Tsaaq: "May fourth sounds perfect!" Bliss said with excitement. "Oh it's fine. Rouge One has come out since then, there's always a market for Star Wars." She nodded. "Limited edition stock? That does sound like a good idea." She tapped her chin.
- Alexithymiaa: "That's a great idea. I think holding it on May fourth would definitely drive in some of the more dedicated fans who are looking for a way to celebrate anyway."-
- Covet: "Alright, May Fourth is a Thursday, so I'll get a flyer up so that people will be able to prepare before spring break." Eli said with a nod, " Yeah, things like the more vintage editions of some of our superhero comics, and other ones that are just harder to get a hold of. I think there's a couple of comic auction sites we can hit up too. I'll have to double check on that."
- Tsaaq: She nodded her head and went to type some things on her phone as they spoke. "Yeah I'll get some things organized beforehand. This should be a great event." She said. "I like this idea, then we'll have more customers who are collectors, I think that's where the money is."
- Alexithymiaa: "That was my train of thought. Most people come in and if they dont see what they're looking for, theyll just turn around and walk right out. And if we're busy, they'll do it before one of us can even go over to ask them if they need help. I think this is really beneficial to us."-
- Covet: "If you both agree, than I can't see how it could go wrong. I'm seeing this as something that is going to work in our favor in the long run. It might be a touch of a risk, but i'm willing to take it." Eli said with a grin. "I like when we're productive like this."
- Tsaaq: Bliss looked between the two of them. "Me too." She smiled and gave another nod. "Alright so we've got a plan for sales and profit for spring. Which is good." Bliss tucked her phone anyway. "Alright, anything else we should probably discuss or should I start cleaning?"
- Alexithymiaa: -Adam thought for a long moment before shaking his head. "That's all I've got. Unless you have suggestions on which comics and limiteds we should order for stock?"-
- Covet: "I don't have anything else immediately....that I can think of. So Cleaning and prepping for closing it is." Eli said then glanced over at Adam, "Uh, Go with a couple from DC and Marvel, and maybe a couple of obscure one's"
- Tsaaq: "I'm not sure besides the classic number one issues. Probably some rare issues of marvel comics. I don't know which from other companies but maybe some type of deluxe edition of Watchmen? Our options are endless." Bliss listed as she grabbed the broom.
- Alexithymiaa: -He looked back at the screen of the computer, continuing to scroll as he browsed the selection. "Hey Eli, they have a mint copy of The Amazing Spiderman, number fourteen. First appearance of the Green Goblin."-
- Covet: "What!?!?!" Eli said swinging around, "Really? Order that, but for me, because I don't have that one. Wait, How much do they want of it?" He asked because he shouldn't just throw around money for paper, but it was in mint condition so he probably would anyways.
- Tsaaq: She jumped a little at the sound of him shouting. "You're buying that for the shop?" She asked with her eyebrow raised.
- Alexithymiaa: -Adam raised his brows as he turned to look at Eli, not wanting to really shout the price of the comic. "Twelve ninety five. As in... Twelve hundred...."-
- Covet: "No, I'm buying that one myself. With my money, not shop money. Seperate order, but really here's my card, order that. Stat." He said not even hesitating at the price because fanboy problems. He reached into his back pocket for his wallet, pulling out his credit card, sliding it over to Adam.
- Tsaaq: Her eyes widened. "Eli." She said with her eyebrows furrowed then sighed a bit. "I do suppose it's your money after all." She said.
- Alexithymiaa: -Adam just kind of watched in astonishment because he's poor and can't wrap his head around such an expense. "Um.... are you sure?" He asked, reaching over to take the credit card to examine Eli's name on the front.-
- Covet: "It's fine, I don't know how long it will be there before it's gone and it's Mint condition, I've spent more on other editions." He said admitting, " It's the first appearance of the Green Goblin, It will be my late birthday present to myself." He said with a chuckle.
- Tsaaq: Bliss kept her eyebrows furrowed while she swept. "True, in fact..." Bliss rose her eyebrow now. "How about instead I buy it for your birthday?" She suggested as she finished cleaning up, preparing for closing.
- Alexithymiaa: -Adam put the credit card down on the counter, holding up his hands in innocence. "I refuse to be a part of whatever this is. If you want to buy it, y'all can buy it." He backed slowly away from the computer, reaching to grab the cleaning supplies behind the counter and turning to disappear into the bathroom.-
- Covet: "My Dear, that would be awfully sweet of you, but it's really okay. I couldn't ask you to pay something like that for my own silly colleting." He said going over to the computer. Assuming Adam went about cleaning while they went about debating who was going to buy what.
- Covet: *collecting
