Personality He doesnft like to be bugged constantly about trivial things, as he prefers not to talk a lot. When he gets pissed off, he normally remains calm and assertive; unless itfs something extreme then youfre pretty much asking for it. He doesnft yell out the names of his attacks like most characters generically do. He deems it gretarded and unnecessaryh.

Powers His powers are separated into levels. As his restriction level drops, his skin color and eye color gradually turns greener, eventually becoming pure green.
Chaos Restriction level 5 This is the level he starts out in. He has supernatural healing ability at this stage. He can heal himself, or heal others. Nothing else is present in this level.
Chaos Restriction level 4 He gains basic chaos energy such as Chaos Spear, Chaos Control, and Chaos Blast. Although they are fairly weak in this level, it grows more potent as his restriction level lowers.
Chaos Restriction level 3 He gains super strength, able to lift trucks if he wanted to.
He also has a weak mind controlling ability along with telepathy. In addition, he has super speed which rivals Sonic's speed. Chaos Restriction level 2 All his abilities grow much more powerful, plus he can travel through time and space.
Chaos Restriction level 1 The last level of Chaos Restriction. He is able to tamper with reality, making a food bouquet appear out of thin-air if needed. (Omnipotent, wouldnft you say)
Chaos Restriction level 0 (What Therefs another one) In this stage, the restriction level is pretty much non-existent. He gains access to his unlimited chaos energy. This is permanent, unless the whole restriction process is repeated again by the Master emerald.
(Lowering his restriction levels isnft a simple constipation power-up. During his life, he will learn how to. Generally, fighting great battles will cause his level to drop unknowingly. Chaos emeralds also help to lower it.)

Exclusive Chaos based Attacks
Chaos Gravity Causes the surrounding area's gravity to become non-existent. Effects others, not himself.

Chaos Break Causes a rift in space-time. If you were dumb enough to trip inside, don't expect a ride home.
(If you knew Chaos Control, or some teleportation technique, you would be able to escape)
Chaos Trick Causes the victim to see impressively realistic hallucinations. Even the attacks are real enough to trick the mind to cause pain.

Weapons
Chaos Orb A little orb created by Arkane's Chaos-DNA. Its current form is pretty much just for show, until it does 1 of 4 things;
1 Turn into an epic giant-beam cannon named the Arkana Cannon.
2 Turn into a scythe.
3 Turn into a clone.
4 Turn into an explosive projectile.

Strengths Chaos-based attacks, teleportation, time and space traveling, healing ability, mind control, reality manipulation, and levitation.(Depends on his restriction level)

Weakness His strength is also his weakness. High concentrated amounts of chaos-based attacks will disrupt his presence, and could be fatal. His weakness grows more potent with each restriction level he takes down.
If you decide to suck out ALL of his chaos energy, he becomes powerless until he regains it back. (Getting Chaos emeralds speeds it up)
Unless his restriction level is at 0, he has limited chaos energy. Using it all would mean fainting from the lack of energy.

Bio
This Echidna was never born naturally. He was artificially created by a group of scientists who wanted to create a super weapon. He was subjected to Chaos energy while still an egg, essentially making him into a living Chaos Energy battery. He was dubbed the gChaos Projecth. His strength was far ahead of his age as he exhibited amazing feats, such as lifting trucks. This was when he was age 5. At age 7, he shows early signs of Chaos Control. Unfortunately for the scientists, the Echidna escaped by the use of teleportation. The little Echidna couldn't control his little teleport technique yet so it threw him into the unknown.

He wasnft in his own world anymore, but in the world of Mobius-X. He was adopted by a nearby village in the Mystic ruins. Apparently, it was the Echidna tribe who guarded the Master emerald. They were amazed by his powers, so they raised him, instructing him in such subjects as self defense, advanced mathematics, etc.

At age 16, he grew too powerful, getting to the point where he could gravely hurt others while having no intentions of doing so. The village decided to cast him out, saying he was a danger to them all. The Echidna pleaded with them to stay, so they decided to restrict his power with the help of the Master emerald. They offered him the chance to become the Master Emerald's guardian. The Echidna rejected the offer, wanting to experience the outside world.

He moved into the city, knowing nothing of the people around him. He wanted a new start, so he decided to forget his past, and thought of a name for himself.
A name popped into his thoughts gArkaneh.

He's gotten plenty of money from the Echidna tribe, so he bought himself an apartment and some other accessories. (He doesn't feel like using his powers to get his needs)
