Born on October 7, 1999 in Daegu to Korean parents, Yoon Dohan (dad, 45, neurosurgeon) and Jo Areum (mom, 44, owns a cafe). Miho is the second child in their family with one older sister named Yoon Sara (19, model). She was born and lived in Daegu.

In elementary, Miho was class president, and in middle school, she became vice president. She was a cheerleader for three years and was also captain.

Since she was a fangirl, she already likes to dance and sing but only put that as hobbies. She was scouted by SM Ent when she was shopping on a department store with her sister. Then, she entered the audition and passed it at the age of 15. Then she lived in Seoul because of her training and is currently studying at School of Performing Arts Seoul.
